Location, even with some negative points it is rather good value for money, own aquapark for children, rather big room for the 3* hotel Bed shits and towels were changed on the 5th day, no "do not disturb/please clean" sign (the maid can break in while you are sleeping), not possible to adjust constant water tempreture in the shower cabin, food for breakfast is very basic

Excellent pools for all family young and old good location to beach front and easy to get to many locations Very poor food went on bb but would recommend go room only if possible and go out to eat near by bars and restaurants cheap and good value for money

The pools and the water slides were greatly appreciated by kids, also the garden, the playing ground and the tree house. The rooms were acceptable in terms of facilities and cleanliness. For those arriving by car there was plenty of parking space (compared to other hotels in Sunny Beach). The way to the beach is quite special, winding through the dunes. The hotel uses renewable energy (solar panels). We took half board, which was fair in terms of price, but the food was rather basic, not varied and about the same every day. A couple of times, in the morning, there were no free tables and no forks and knives available in the hotel restaurant. We had to wait almost a quarter an hour to get a free table and cutlery. The restaurant manager (Ms. Neli) was rude and even aggressive when told about the cutlery problem. The shower cabin had no door. The minibar did not work. Towels and sheets were changed after 4 days. Wireless internet was available in the lobby but the connection was slow and worked intermittently.

Excellent facilities for the children (slides, etc.), beautiful pool decorations and tidy room. Very good location. The restaurant services are not good, I regretted to pay hb as the dinner was very poor and each evening the same (untasty) dishes were available only.

Great pool for children (ours were 6 and 12 ys. old). However, there is a drawback for families with children that need to be supervised: the pools for children are situated in a different place than the pool for adults. You can't get fun for all the family in the same place. Low quality food. In the last days completely renounced to eat at their canteen.

Location was very good. Boat restaurant is very good, and the staff in that restaurant is the best that there is in that hotel! Everything about this hotel is bad, I payed for half board and I didnt touch the food because it was terrible,so I had to dine out in restaurants just out side the hotel which I recomend! Swimming pools were dirty, nobody cleans them at all! Sun beds were in bits! And there is so many teensof around 14 from Poland drinking and smoking that it was too discusting to watch! And nobody did nothing about it. Would not go back to this hotel and would never recomend to anybody to go there! And I am not a fusy person. Its says hotel is 3 star,but believe me its not even 1 star... Think twice before you book this hotel, and then book something else....

Очень неплохой отель для отдыха с детьми, аквапарк, горки - все как раз, что нужно после моря) Не понравилась еда и обслуживание в ресторане, постоянно не хватало приборов, недовольные лица официантов и женщины на входе, которая отмечала карточку. Еда просто на 3. Не советую брать в этом отеле ужины.

Znakomita lokalizacja, atrakcje w postaci basenow, dzieci zapominaja o rodzicach a rodzice maja wiecej czasu na siebie. Koniecznie musicie odwiedzic restauracje mexico w Nesyberze kierujcie się w lewa strone przed glowna brama maja tam ceny 3 razy tansze niż gdzie indziej obsluga zna polski jezyk a na deser hymn w wykonaniu starego wilka morskiego:) cena piwa 1lv cena vodki 1,2 lv za takie pieniadze nie oplaca się szukac sklepu:) a dodatkowo wifi polecam! Chodzilismy tam aby przypomniec sobie co to znaczy "smacznego" bedac na "swietnych sniadaniach" w hotelu kotva. Ta opinia powinna trafic do menagera restauracji w hotelu kotva!!! Czlowieku tracicie 5 razy wiecej podajac jedzenie ktore tylko tak się nazywa!!! Kazdy wklada wszystko w poszukiwaniu czegos co daloby się zjesc! Maslo wg Bulgarow to margaryna, mielonka tego okreslic nie potrafie, szynka konserwowa to mielonka w ostatnim gatunku, ketchup- kupowalismy "na zewnatrz" jajecznica w ktorej stoi sztywna ciazka metalowa lycha przypomina zaprawe murarska sniadania "do bani" marnotrawstwo na potege! Zrob cos z tym I zacznijcie zarabiac podwojnie raz na dobrym zdaniu I opiniach gosci a 2 na kasie ktora jest wyrzucana! Powodzenia!

οι πισινεσ οι υπαλληλοι ηταν φοβερα αγενεισ, μειναμε μερεσ και δεν αλλαξαν ουτε μια φορα τα σεντονια και τισ πετσετεσ και οταν το ζητησαμε μασ χλευασαν. το φαγητο απαδεκτο δεν τρωγωταν, αψητα κρεατα ξαναμαγειρεμενα 2 και 3 φορεσ για να μην πεταχθουν χωρισ γευση απαραδεκτο και δεν υπηρχε ποτε καποιοσ υπευθυνοσ για να λυσει καποιο προβλημα.

Хорошее месторасположение. Близко от Несебра. До пляжа пешком 5 минут. В отеле есть свой миниаквапарк. Если едешь с детьми до 7 лет, то этого аквапарка (который для проживающих бесплатно) достаточно, и в большие аквапарки ездить не обязательно. Если едешь на срок больше недели, то ужины брать не стоит. Еда однообразная, кто привык питаться дома, а не в столовках, совсем не подходит. Микроволновку не видела. Завтрак тоже не понравился.

Cel mai mult mi-a placut mini aquaparkul care este foarte ok mai ales pentru copii pana in 12 ani,topoganele sunt forte bune si se pot folosi si de copii mai mici.Mai mi-a placut si apartamentul in care am stat(am cerut pat dublu si am avut,am cerut pat suplimentar si a fost ok) cu parcarea a fost ok. A fost si ceva ce nu mi-a placut,ca sa iti schimbe prosoapele trebuia sa mergi la receptie sa anunti ceea ce nu am stiut si dupa 2 zile le-am pus jos crezand ca asa le schimba dar nu,apoi am rezolvat la receptie ,curetenia in camera se face cu matura si abia pe la ora 13-14 cand noi ne intorceam in camera de la masa si doream sa dormim,noi am ales sa luom cu demipensiune de tip bufet suedez insa nu am fost foarte multumita de aceasta alegere,desi mancare a fost buna si nu pot spune ca a fost ceva in neregula,toata perioada a fost cam acelasi fel si sincer cu totii am simtit nevoia de ceva mai diversificat si cateva zile am mancat in alta parte in rest a fost bine si o sa revin si anul urmator daca nu gasesc un hotel cu aquapark mai bun din punct de vedere calitate /pret insa doar cu mic dejun inclus care este obligatoriu.Si inca ceva la una din piscine unde aveam vedere din apartament era foarte mare galagie si nu ne puteam odihni deloc la pranz unde era program pana la 22 ,in apropiere era un parc al hotelului si in fiecare seara se strangeau acolo grupuri de tineri care erau veniti in tabara si faceau foarte mare galagie fara ca cineva sa le zica ceva sau sa le interzica sa mai stea acolo pana la miezul nopti.La piscinele cu topogane era program de la 10-19,cam scurt.

Atrakcyjna lokalizacja, zdala od (głośnego I zabawowego) centrum sb, niedaleko Nesabaru. Duży zielony teren do zabaw z dziećmi, super baseny (niestety zimna woda). Duże pokoje z klimą (uwaga, tylko odnowone skrzydła I pokoje 2+1) Negatywy: jedzenie, jedzenie I jeszcze raz jedzenie, no I jeszcze może jedzenie :) śniadania były okropne, po 3 dniach nie kożystaliśmy z nich I robiliśmy zakupy na śniadania w sklepie. Ogólnie wydaliśmy majątek na jedzenie, ktorevo nie jedlismy.

Piscinile .......aquaparkul pentru copii ........camerele in viziunea mea foarte curate si luxoase.... .Mancarea de la mic dejun ....slaba calitativ ,ospatarii cam slab pregatiti sau cu prea putin interes fata de clienti , in rest ok pentru o vacanta de cateva zile

Rendezett, szép környezet, tágas tér, medencék, csúszdák, programok. Nagyon hideg a medencék vize, bár ez más szállodákra is igaz. Szoba takarítása nem mindig volt tökéletes.

- cel mai mult mi-a placut piscinele pentru toate categoriile de varsta! Nu stiam in care sa ne balacim! Topoganele super super! Camerele foarte frumos mobilate si confortabile! La receptie a fost o doamna blonda foarte draguta! Amplasarea hotelului a fost buna, aproape de plaja si aproape de Nessebar(plimabrea pe faleza a fost pe gustul nostru). Linistita zona, nu ne-am putut plange de zgomot in hotel! Chiar super OK! Si nici aglomerat nu a fost prin zona! - mancarea a fost jalnica! dar in raport cu pretul ....deh...trebuiau sa aibe si ceva in neregula....prea ar fi fost bine. Oricum nu am murit de foame! Chelnarii intr-adevar cam tocsuni, dar asta este este ......oricum tocsuni dar ok!

A szállás csúszdaparkja nagyon jó. Este a medence megvilágítása inpozáns. A takarítás színvonala nagyon alacsony volt. A kiszolgálás nagyon lassú és körülményes volt. (A pincérek folyamatosan a vendégek között ültek, és dohányoztak...)

Incep prin a spune ca a fost un concediu de familie: doi adulti si doi copii, unul de 2 ani si unul de 7 ani. Intrucat am achizitionat un apartament, ne asteptam la ceva mai mult confort. Am fost placut surprinsi de apartament, camere mari, confortabile. Poate parea amuzant, dar inclusiv draperiile au fost bune, avand in vedere somnul de dupa amiaza al copiilor. Tot la aceasta categorie as menționa piscinile din acest complex( 3 ). una dintre ele, preferata baiatului cel mare, are ca tema filmul ”Piratii din caraibe”. In a treia zi as fi spus categoric ca singurul lucru care ma nemultumea era mancarea, si nu din punctul meu de vedere, ci pentru masa celor mici. In cea de-a treia seara baiatul ce la mare a intrat la dus, iar usa de la dus(care era din sticla) s-a spart. Baiatul s-a speriat, insa instinctiv s-a aparat cu mainile. Cu toate ca incidentul a fost spectaculos, urmarile nu au fost foarte grave: un badaj la picior si la mana. Insa pentru el s-a terminat distractia pentru ca nu a mai avut voie in apa. Am uitat sa mentionez ca la acest hotel s-au mai inregistrat astfel de evenimente, fapt confirmat de receptioneri si femeile care faceau curat.
