Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 3,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
1 παιδί κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένει χωρίς χρέωση, για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
1 επιπλέον παιδί από 2 μέχρι 12 ετών χρεώνεται 50 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
1 μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται 80 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
1 επιπλέον μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται 80 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1.
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.

large and clean pool, big comfortable rooms, good ice-cream at the bistro, fitness center, good idea with dinner "a la carte" - great service, acceptable food -various meals, nice lobby place, entertainment shows every night, the room was a safe place for valuable things bigger parking place, there are some shortcuts to the beach and these should be displayed at the reception, wireless connection wasn't working, refreshments didn't taste so good |

it was a clean hotel very far from the beach, they describe the hotel as being located 450 m away from the beach but in fact are about 1000 m. One night we walked to the center of Golden Sands and on our way back we almost get lost. When we arrived we went to the pool and tried to order something to drink but the staff at the poll told me I can only drink Cola, with a strange accent. Then my boyfriend went to the bar and managed to bring me something else. I am not one of those fancy persons but I can tell you that I prefer some other hotel in the future. We chose this one because others were full booked. |

All about room, services rendered ( room kleanning, luggage and directions help), internet. Very polite and efficient personnel. The value for the money is excelent. There are not enough parking spaces available, the ventilation of the dining room and of the toilets are unsufficient. |

We stayed only for one weekend but we fell very well, it was very relaxant, the room was great, big and comfortable, a quiet location, superb exterior swimming pool. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will be back here for sure and we recommend like a nice location. reasonable and divers meals, not lots of assortments but tasty. very bad signalized if travel by personal car. |

The hotel is very nice, services are great and the staff is excellent. It's a place where you can really relax and it's very close to the "party street", so even you want to party or to relax...you can do that. The hotel has a nice pool there and it is close to the beach also. For all inclusive, the food it's great. You can always find there food or different tipes of great cookies :D. I would realy recomand that hotel. |

A reasonable price for a family vacation. The facility was relatively good. The hotel is very close to the beach and other attractions. When we arrived they didn't find my reseravtion via the booking, they gave us different rooms. On the check out they found the orginal booking and they would like to charge us for the two rooms and the booking. On the check out we waited about two hours to solve this problem. |

I liked the pool - large and fun for the children, the food was good - especially for the kids. The hotel is welcoming kids and we were not afraid for them to make noise... The check out procedure was long and tireing. It took us 30 min to check out... |

The hotel was lovely and welcoming and despite being out of season (1st week in May) where most of the resort was closed we managed to have wonderful relaxing time withour being bored. There is tennis and indoor pool with small spa facilities to keep you occupied. We wanted to escape and relax and that is exactly what we did. Be careful if you get a taxi form the airport to Golden Sands as the taxi drivers can rip you off. Should be around 60 lev but we got diddled for 140 lev. |

The hotel was great, food was excellent, the staff was very kind, they cleaned the rooms every day. Coffe was not so good but overall it was absolutly great. I sincerely recommend Kristal hotel. The hotel is also great for kids. |
