If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.
One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Very friendly staff. Could not do eneough for us. Very helful booking excurions and with one we had problems with they(L&B) took control and resolved situation. Pool quite small and hotel not located in a scenic area. |

The hotel all-round was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy. Highly recommended because from previous experience theres some dire hotels in Sunny Beach. Due to the construction methods of the hotel you pick up some noise from the corridors of the hotel. |

excellent value for money; about 10-15 minutes from the beach, but you can walk there through the main street, so it won't be boring at all; friendly staff with good English asked if I can make a local (!) call at the reception - they said "of course" - made 2 calls lasting around 2:00 mins altogether - got charged for 6 levs (~3 EUR) |

Breakfast - cleannes - big room Bathroom - the third bed (was a chair-bed) - large windows without rolling shutter only curtains (in the morning too much light in the room) - part of the staff (reception) not too friendly and little aid in helping us to understand where the hotel was situated |

The staff were very friendly... the hotel was located in an ideal place close to the clubs and the beach. The Hotel was a very high standard for the price. I would definately go there again if were to travel to Sunny Beach. Payment was in cash which felt a little uneasy |

I like that no one disturb us, we had so much fun at the pool. The personel is very nice. The rooms are clean and quite confortable, not far away from the center and also not far from the beach 10 minutes walking, I didn't like so much the reception but the rest was excelent. |

The restauraunt had a good choice of food and there was a small shop in the Hotel for small items to eat and drink. The Hotel's locale was ideal as it was only a short walk to the main attractionsn of Sunny Beach. |
