So close to city center and old town, very cost effective, low car parking expences, good breakfast, hospitality in staff.

They upgraded our room which was a wondeful treat. A very unique hotel in a great location.

Our only disappointment was the breakfast buffet - there were large groups in the hotel and the breakfast staff could not keep up with cleaning the tablesd and bringing out more food.

the location lets it down a bit with few good restuarants / bars nearby

Even if the hotel is smoke free, my room awfully smelt of smoke because of the old wall to wall carpet; for Plovdiv standars the price is way too high

It was a real surprise and pleasure to stay in this hotel. Perfect location, clean, spacious and lovely decorated room. Great front view of the city. Staffs are really friendly, polite and helpful. Different design. This hotel is the best choice for my stay in Plovdiv. I will be back again.

The rooms are nicely designed and very clean and were offered for a very decent price. A special feature is the huge bathtub and the possibility to watch TV while sitting in it. You have a nice view on the city of plovdiv from the upper floors. The staff is helpful and friendly and tells you how to get to the main attractions.

Breakfast is not acceptable for a four-star hotel. You don´t expect a lot in bulgaria regarding the breakfast, but at 9 a.m. coffee and bread is a must-have for a hotel. The price for the room shown on the bill varied from the price agreed via booking.com, but they corrected their mistake after few negotiations. It is a 15-20 minute walk to get to the old-town.

Le parking payant en sus de la suite executive (la plus chere). Le personnel peu accueillant.

- La atención al cliente del personal de recepción (alexandrina) y personal bar/restaurante. - las instalaciones del hotel. - el año que viene su ubicación será excelente, debido a la inaguración del edificio comercial.

mirosul de fum de tigara a fost foarte puternic, mai ales in baie, iar pentru un nefumator a fost foarte neplacut.a existat o intrerupere de curent (in intregul cartier) dar in afara de lampile de iesire de pe coridor nu a intrat in functie niciun generator de curent al hotelului.

Hotel moderne, bien situé, style et décoration un peu "pétard", personnel professionel et avenant mais peu préparé aux touristes, en particulier pour la pratique de l'anglais.Belle chambre trés belle vue.Bon restaurant.Dommage impossible d'obtenir moins de 26 ° dans la chambre pendant les trois jours...insupportable!
