Location is good, design is very interesting, facilities are very good (bar etc.) The hotel idea is very interesting but the concept wasn't run to an end. Very nice design but when you see that some sockets are missing, shower cabin is dirty, water is spilling all over and the cleanliness is not the best point you realize that the owner finished the money before fulfilling the idea. |

The adventurous use of design and colour make this hotel a little out of the ordinary. Facilities are good and the hotel is located within walking distance or a short taxi ride (3 leva) from the old town and the main sightseeing areas in Plovdiv. The on-site parking is a safe and secure place to leave a hire car. |

The Bar/Waitress staff were particuallary pleasant,ease of taxis outside and relatively close to city centre and very good VFM,jazucci bath was very good in room. Reception staff could be a little more pleasant and breakfast very,very basic and no english tea,take your own !!!!!!!!!! |

Although the reception staff were a little "frosty" the bar/waiter staff were excellent and lloked after us very well.rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very basic and no English Tea (a must for travellers from UK) and construction noise from across the road (not there fault though) |

The courtesy of the staff, the modern and cheerful decor, the convenient location for travel and the centre of Plovdiv Sometimes guests are allowed to be noisy late at night, and the ceilings can feel a bit thin at these times |

Everything was nice and the hotel is situated in a good place.I liked a lot the room, it was very comfortable and the view was good !! the staff was helpful especially the reception although they didn't smile a lot. In my opinion the breakfast buffet should be improved and give more attention to the service that the quest of your hotel takes during the breakfast time. |

The hotel is clean and has parking on the premises. This is definitely not a four star hotel, fortunately the prices aren't neither. The hotel has recently been refurbished and you will like it if you like orange furniture and tiger prints. In short: it is all rather basic but well worth the price. |
