the stuff was very poliet.

One elevator was not working. So we should wait a little bit more to go to the 9th floor.

The room was really comfortable. The service absolutely efficient, so as the breakfast.

Unfriendly staff, I had to explain myself why I need new bed sheets. Also they go into your room and shut the windows when they want to without asking, the cleaners don't bother cleaning the rubbish.

The hotel is convenient for both the rail station and the city centre. It is modern and comfortable, with friendly staff.

The lighting was a bit dim. The bathroom, although renovated,looked like it would soon fall apart.

The location is good and there is a free parking just in front of the hotel.

The size of the room is too small, the bathroom as well. Should be internet in the room , but you have to be very lucky if you can connect. If you like bright places thishotel is not for you because the rooms are very dark.

It was a terrible hotel. You can't say that this is a 4 star hotel. Smells terrible, bathroom even smells worst!

Good price, fairly good location for reaching city center or train station.

Staff did not at first offer the price found online, had to get on wireless in the lobby and make the reservation for it to be honored. No other complaints though.

Bad water, cheap tablecothes and toilet papers, small room, some things have to be repaired, poor breakfast

It was in a great location for what i needed to do. The staff was excellent and I needed the help a lot about various things! Were excellent on directions. Every staff I encounter was excellent! A plus on staff that is from reception, restaurant, housekeeping. Great job!

Well, the room was way way too hot, the internet room had no printer, but the staff was great telling me where I could get something printed! The soap was the size of my thumb, I bought my own! Had much trouble with the electronic key to the room and trouble getting the elevator to go down.

good price,great design big rooms,closer to the city center,so cheap-good quality restaurant and lobby bar,we really enjoyed the hotel and we cant wait to stay there again,one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in bulgaria.

Fairly central location of the hotel.Railway station just 10 mins walk.Spacious and comfortable rooms

Breakfast was poor - not a great deal of choice and requests kept needing to be made for cold milk etc.No hot coffee available due to a poor on non functioning hot water supply.After payment made for the rooms you are kept waiting at reception while someone goes to check if any items have been taken from the room mini-bar (not taken on trust if you say `no`)

Very nice in downtown of Plovdiv! We really enjoy our stay in very comfortable atmosphere!

Staff is generally nice and helpful.

Lack of maintenance - specially the toilets. Awful breakfast. I would have give high rating if it was a 2 star hotel.
