The room and the bathroom were large and the air conditioning was almost good enough. The view from our 10th floor room was excellent and the nights were fairly quiet. The decor was "overstated", in fact Del boy would have loved it, but it gave us a laugh so we've put it on the plus side. The food was good but not exciting, and the service was excellent. The hotel is quite impersonal and there seemed to be few guests, but apparently it is packed when the business conferences are on. Best to avoid those times!

Hotel building and the rooms were new and designed well. Receptionists spoke English very influently and they were helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bus station and the old city were not so far that we could go everywhere on foot. The shower curtain was a disaster, it was covering only the half of the tub and after one shower, everyhing in the bathroom were wet. They should do sth. About it. And there was a weird smell in the room sometimes, maybe it was about the wind direction, maybe too much room odour. Except these we were satisfied.

Staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was overheated, there was music on the floors, the design was very strange, to say the least.

The hotel rooms was very clean and the stuff was great! They have to improve the breakfast. Fresh milk, corn flakes and more yogurts were needed.

The hotel location is perfect, close to the city center, old town and shopping area. The room was spacious and lovely dacorated. Excellent staff - very helpful, polite and and friendly service on the reception. Breakfast could have been better. There is only one lift and there wasn't wi-fi connection in the room.

Tres grande suite situee au 11 e etage vue superbe le personnel de la reception est tres sympathique restaurant de qualite Forte odeur de canalisation dans la chambre le double jaccusi fonctionnait mal menage deplorable personnel incompetent et particulierement desagreable au petit dejeuner petit dejeuner servi froid (omelettes/ oeufs sur le plat/crepes...) on a ose nous facturer un chocolat !!!

Si parla nella descrizione di colazione a buffet...ma non è così. Viene servito un piatto con qualche fetta di salume, qualche fetta di pane e un quarto di cetriolo e di pomodoro!!! Davvero insufficiente! La colazione a buffet dovrebbe prevedere la possibilità di servirsi da sè, potendo così scelgliere ciò che si preferisce.

Ο εξοπλισμός του δωματίου, το άνετο φυλασσόμενο πάρκινγκ και η φιλική συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού του ξενοδοχείου. Στο μπάνιο αναδυόταν μια πολύ δυσάρεστη οσμή. Η καθαρίστρια για να να καλύψει προφανώς τη δυσάρεστη οσμή ψέκασε το δωμάτιο με αρωματικό σπρέι. Αναγκαστήκαμε να αφήσουμε ανοιχτό το παράθυρο επί πέντε ώρες περίπου για να να μη μυρίζει τόσο έντονα.

Está muy bien situado, a un paso del centro de la ciudad. Puede que a alguno le sorprenda su decoración, colores, luces, cortinas, .... por lo demás bien.
