the ideal location in the centre of everything. the lack of bar service for residents after a certain time .the staff seemed reluctant to serve a late night drink even to residents. |

Very good location. Everything available by walking a few steps or just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast above average for regional standards. Design does not follow function: plugs not close to bed, small safe box, arrangement of lighting. |

very nice hotel,in a strategic position in sofia,the staff was very friendly every time we ask for their help they were trying to help us as more as they could.the design of the rooms and the hotel generally is fantastic ...a really good choice |

We found this hotel to be excellent in every respect.All the staff were extremely helpful and polite.The service was most efficient and given the small number of rooms available there was a personal touch to the service ,difficult to find in most other hotels my wife and I had visited. I would recommend this hotel unreservedly. |

The hotel design is uniqe. very nice and comfotable. located in the most center of Sofia, very good location. the staff is very nice especially the waiter at the breakfast. It was written in the internet that the panorama room has a jacuzzi, but it has not. It has only shower and not bath. |

Excellent location in the city centre close to all amenities . It is a nice comfortable hotel and good value . Pay a little extra for one of the larger rooms as the standard room is tight for space . |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and tidy, the place was of a really funky design and the general ambiance was nice. the resturant was being renovated the weekend we stayed so breakfast service was poor although the staff were apologetic. The rooms were quite small which made getting past the bed to go to the bathroom difficult. The price was steep so im unsure as the value for money. |

Great as usual. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Stylish decoration. Large TV with DVD player.Parking spot for your car. A rug should be put by the door in the room. As floors are wood, you track dirt into the room. Shower cabin still leaks. |

nice hotel at a very good place in Sofia! walking distance from all major shopping and historical places! room was a bit too small; breakfast was disappointing - very poor especially the first morning when we were not presented with the optional additioal meals list and had to wait over 20 min for bread! |

The rooms are amazing with a very unique design but at the same time practical and comfortable. I loved the bathroom in particular! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. |
