We travel a lot and this hotel is a good surprise for us.The decoration is the best in modern style every thing is uniqe and the furniters is made le fleurs. The room is beautiful and the bath is from the future.The Staff so fresh and hellpfull smille and give answer to any questions.THANKS A lot we come again very soon. |

The rooms are beautifully decorated with great beds and unbelievable attention to detail. Central location, right in the middle of the largest shopping street in Sofia with plenty of good restaurant options very nearby. The breakfast consisted of a small cold buffet, but also hot items made to order. Overall, I was highly impressed and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sofia. |

The location was fantastic. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms individually designed. The window of one room was badly cracked and we were supplied only with medium towels in both rooms we booked - no bath towels. |

A decent desk and chair for working at with internet (cable) connection - and free. The shower was round and half in the bedroom and half in the bathroom. This meant that anyone in the bathroom and doing whatever they were doing could be seen by anyone in the bedroom. There was very little place to put my wash things - no ledges, no shelves - everything was so trendy that it was not very useful. The bedside tables were far too small.Due to the location of the window, there was very little light in the room. Breakfast was cumbersome but that may be because it was a Sunday and not overly busy. |

The staff was quıte frıendly and did theır best to be helpful. They were very effıcıent ın callıng taxis, etc. The breakfast was good but travelers should be aware that the cooked to order omelete ıs made wıth Balkan cheese whıch mıght be not to many peoples taste. The toılet ın the bathroom was just about half agaın as large as a chılds potty. ;) |

Great location, modern warm comtemporary design but without feeling clinically minimalist. The staff all very friendly and helpful not cold or stand off-ish. Breakfast is a delightful spread of hot and cold selections. Aircon works a treat - nice and cool. The standard room is quite small in size, but bathroom is quite large. |

Location is great, breakfeast is super and service is excellent.... Excellent quality/price value. Hotel is not easy to find when you drive since it's located on a pedestrian street. |

Young friendly staff who spoke good English, trendy design, central location, spacious designer bathroom, free wireless internet -- a breath of fresh air in the centre of Sofia. Very small rooms. In need of some attention to maintenance detail -- the shower tray leaked, the electric socket in the bathroom came off the wall. Parking is a problem, so if you stay there use taxis rather than a hired car. |

Cordiality and respect of the staff, environment and decoration of the hotel, wonderful placement in the heart of Vitosha Design shower lets the water off ... then the bathroom floor becomes a mess ... |

Management is excellent. Upgraded my room without hussle, and helpful for all questions. Highly reccomended. Because of well-designed hotel, everything in the room were excellent. Hoever, wet area needs to consider little more functionality. |

the ideal location in the centre of everything. the lack of bar service for residents after a certain time .the staff seemed reluctant to serve a late night drink even to residents. |

Very good location. Everything available by walking a few steps or just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast above average for regional standards. Design does not follow function: plugs not close to bed, small safe box, arrangement of lighting. |

We found this hotel to be excellent in every respect.All the staff were extremely helpful and polite.The service was most efficient and given the small number of rooms available there was a personal touch to the service ,difficult to find in most other hotels my wife and I had visited. I would recommend this hotel unreservedly. |

The hotel design is uniqe. very nice and comfotable. located in the most center of Sofia, very good location. the staff is very nice especially the waiter at the breakfast. It was written in the internet that the panorama room has a jacuzzi, but it has not. It has only shower and not bath. |
