Very nice and very clean room.Very kind staff,especially young ladies being on duty on Saturday 7 and night 7/8 November.Very close to the city center.Parking place around the corner. |

Service was excellent. Friendly and polite staff assisted with all my travel queries. Rooms are modest yet clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk from town centre. |

Of all the hotels we have stayed at throughout Europe, the staff here were the most helpful, even more so than most tourist info centres we've been to. They provided flight and train schedules plus price info and booked tours for us. Their recommendations for things to do were very helpful and we were grateful to them for everything they did. |

Entgegen der Angaben gab es kein Restaurant im Hause. Der Frühstücksraum war ausgesprochen triest und unfreundlich - dafür lief aber der Fernseher in voller Lautstärke. Wir haben während unserer Rundreise durch Bulgarien wesentlich freundlichere und billigere Hotels kennengelernt. |

Находится в центре, и в то же время на тихой улице. Имеется собственная парковка во дворе. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Остались положительные впечатления. |
