hotelli on varmaan aivan upea sen valmistuttua...meille kävi niin jotta kaikki oli keskenerästä..

todella kaukana kaikesta. jos vain golffaa niin oiken loistava valinta. aamupala oli todella mini 5* hotelliksi...

The rooms are well sized, not too expensive and ok in terms of furnishings. It's good for visiting Balchik, playing golf and unwinding. The resort, as a whole, is well thought through and the spa and locker rooms look particularly good. The golf course is well mantained and nice to play.

The plumbing in one of the bathrooms did not work, over flooded, only one key for an apartment of 4 people, lack of wireless internet in the rooms.

Very nice hotel, 5 stars. Liked the room which was very clean and facilities. Breakfast was ok, no issues. Maybe a bit warmer water in the pool which is outside could work, temperature was not really fitted for a bath during September.

I stayed in an apartment; The apartment looked very nice; the breakfast was good

hot water smells really bad; That bad that determined me to use only cold water for showering. I asked the receptionist about it and they told me they will check and they never did(remember this is a 5 star hotel) Reception staff was moving slow; I had to wait more than 20minutes every time I had to communicate with the reception staff.(check-in, check-out, questions) I stayed for 2 nights and they didn't do any cleaning and they never changed the towels (remember this is a 5 star hotel)

Quiet place, nice hotel, good food, very good for golf and relax.

From pictures you will think that the hotel is on beach or near. but is not real, seaside is very far. Internet problems on suite.

Friendly English speaking staff; Beautiful location and countryside, very affordable prices; The owners are serious about tourism business.

The rooms are basically unfinished: towel hooks/racks were missing, the hose in the shower was spraying water all over the bathroom; there was a hole in that wall in the bathroom with “the view” of the main gas/water pipes; the air conditioners were not working, and the TV/DVD/Stereo set wasn’t connected – it was fresh from the box. It was “work in progress” that didn’t ruined overall extra pleasant impressions.

Closest hotel from Bucharest via Calarasi and very nice restaurant.

There are 2 types of accommodation: apartment in villas and room in the hotel. For the villas apartment, were we stayed , there was a very small bathroom and the distance to the beach is around 10 km by car and you have to pay 15 bgn for 2 chair,one table and one umbrella.

This is a 1star hotel,not 5!

Reception personell - 1.5 hours for check in normal way with no special requests, no support, no real english speakers, they charged on my eur card 9 eur extra even if they assured me twice that they will charge me exactly the price on booking. Lying is the problem not 9 eur extra. No wi-fi in the complex only around reception. Not a 5 star cleaning service.

Mirosea pestilential in camere de la toalete. Cand le-am spus celor de la receptie mi s-a spus ca asa miroase apa lor cateodata. In plus izolatia fonica era proasta. Venind a doua oara acolo ni s-au dat camere mai proaste decat la prima venire.

Liniste si atmosfera placuta, servicii bune. Personalul vorbeste o engleza medie dar per total nu au fost probleme. Voi reveni cu siguranta! Un plus ar fi ca ai masina in siguranta - acces numai cu cartela.

Nu a venit nimeni timp de patru zile sa faca curatenie in vila.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Für Golfer eine schöne Golfanlage.

Zu weit entfernt vom Meer. Man braucht ein Auto. Auch innerhalb der Anlage, falls man ein Appartment hat, braucht man ein Auto, um frühstücken zu gehen. Man muss im Hauptgebäude bezahlen, wenn man zum Pool möchte und nicht im Hauptgebäude einquartiert ist.
