shower gel is not changed every day but every other day and is not enough because you have to shower several times a day.

It was unacceptable for a five star hotel, to receive guests for the first days of May with an empty outside pool. A week before we got there, it was 27C hot (real feel), consecutive days. The week we stayed there, it was the same, still with no water in the outside pool. Considering that the hotel has no beach nearby, it is unacceptable to expect guests to stay in the sun, on cement and rubble, with no water breeze whatsoever. It is the same as paying for a service and not receiving the full package. A sham...

The staff in reception, bar, fish restaurant is impecable.

The staff of the Brakfast restaurant for three years I visit the complex, and they still don't speak english or are qualified for the job

The spa area and the location

Very nice room, clean, quiet place. Good food for breakfast. I really enjoy staying there.

We had a very good room, clean enough and nice view. Also they have one of the best spa facilities in Bulgaria, with wonderful indoor and outdoor pools and excellent jacuzzi and sauna.

The weakness is for sure the restaurant - I found a fork which was not clean as it should be; the food was fine but overpriced. The services for breakfast are really poor - had to wait a lot for clean plates and forks; the carpet is really dirty and the floor was broken, so that you have some doubts when you walk with a coffee in your hand. If these problems are solved then you can consider this hotel as a real 4 stars facility

the air condition generator outside, in front of the rooms 102 to 109 and as wellin all the other 3 levels.........it's unbelievable noisy.......you can't open the window and you can't sit on the balkony. the have it to cover immediately, or half the price of the rooms

It was quiet and a good place for relaxation.

Everything was according to description; in one word: perfect! The breakfast was indeed excellent.

There were a couple of minuses: the room did not have tea/coffee facility (as all the 4star hotels); the hair dryer plug did not fit in the bathroom socket.

The facilities and the rooms were very good

The staff are very poor. Iour lunch was ruined by the Restaurant Manager trying to trick us into paying cash instead of putting it on the room which he said we were not allowed to! ...When I checked with reception, the girl just smiled as if he does it all the time. The staff at reception really are poor (they gave us wrong directions for the beach, totally unhelpful regarding money exchange and didnt care a bit about the concerns I had) ..in conclusion, Great Hotel, Bad Staff ... c'mon Lighthouse, sort this out as its ruining your guests experience (I witnessed at least 3 other guests complaining about somilar things)

It's a very nice resort, very comfortable, the room is quite spacious and clean. It's a perfect location for families with children, however the beach is quite far and not very nice.

I loved the view, location, and how peaceful it was at the hotel. The room and pool area were exquisite for the price. Rooms are very well designed, clean, practical, and very spacious.Salt water infiniti pools with a view of the sea. Food at both restaurans was subpar and well priced. Waiting staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was great with quality foods and well prepared. Definitely recommend this place!

Bartenders were cool but reception staff was horrendous: slow and absolutely rude. Beach is 10 min away, ungroomed but with a charm.

I liked the building, the room, the pool and the saunas

It was very far from the beach. It was surrounded by high and not taken-care- of grass There was no bar near the pool (but I see that they work on this ..) Interior pool was closed, and outside pool was off after 19:30, that left little choice.

The hotel was very nice, awesome rooms and a gorgeous sea view. Also the food - the one in the menu - was great. Also the indoor/outdoor swimming pools are great and also the SPA itself.

A downside would be that you can't walk to the beach, they have a shuttle that takes you there. Also if you don't have a car remember that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, the nearest town (Balchik) is about 10km away.

Er is iets mis met het water ergens in de spa!!! Alle kinderen ( 6) kregen overal pukkeltjes na gebruik vd spa/ zwembadfaciliteiten. U kunt dit hopelijk met spoed melden

In conditiile in care vremea era rea, si nu aveam alte optiuni, apa la piscina interioara avea 23 grade.Inadmisibil!!

Camerele sunt spatioase si echipate luxos,totul pare facut fara economie. Hotelul are o piscina mare si curata una peste alta merita cele 5 stele.

modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber, freundliches mehrsprachiges Personal an der Rezeption, im Restaurant & im Pro-Shop, Golfplatz& Spa sehr gut gepflegt

Frühstück war ok, aber nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau.
