Secluded, clean, good value for money, true to four star rating.

Crowded, children runing wild in the halls during night and day. Pool area not big enough to accomodate all guest.

It was really pleasant to stay there. The location is one to be highly recommended if you prefer to be among the pine trees, literally watching through your windows, superb view of the ski slopes of the mountain, and really, really quiet. The restaurant and bar are well-designed, also relaxed (except on breakfasts, of course). The shuttle to the lift- station and center of the resort is pretty convenient.

The spa section is one to be improve. The service is not very helpful, the pool is cold for winter season standards, it might be okay for summer. You have to take your bath robe and towel from the life guard, on very formal procedure, which is not acceptable - for a few possible losses of towels, it's not worth it. It's embarrassing for the guests. And, please, note - you have to take your bathrobe downstairs from the spa, it's not in your room. It's very noisy and bit of crowd at the pool, but as far kids are our major concern and joy, so ... Last, the staff are doing special health treatments at Turkish bath, but during this, no one else can use it, so may be it's not proper to do this in busy hours.

Great hotel and very good value. Have stayed there several times and most certainly will again.

There is absolutely nothing that I like about this hotel. Total disaster !

Very bad location of hotel, far a way from gondola.In the ski season way of approach to hotel is snow untreated there is no way to drive by car to the parking and noone of the hotel staff doesen't want to help you. Reception staff is totally unprofessional and uninteresting for the guests, don't speak English well and can't give you any information about hotel facilities. Gim doesen't work, swimming pool is too small and water is middy and for all that you have to pay. During the morning, hotel is very bad heated. All rooms face the parking and every morning wake you up car noise, and in the middle of the night a dog barking. Near our window was located kitchen ventilation and awful stench was in the room every time we open a window. There is no ski information in hotel for that day about ski trails wich are open and wich are closed as the information about weather forecast. Breakfast is the same and poor every single day.Cleaning room is disaster. Room made just clean a sink in the bathroom and aligned sheets, nothing else. Exchange of money in hotel has the lowest rate for change Euro to Bulgarian lev comparing to the bank and other hotels closer to the centar of Borovets. I'll never come again with my family to this hotel

Service, buss connection, food, mehana restaurant very cause. Clean rooms always hot water and good price.

We stayed in the Hotel for 9 days, and we had 4 rooms - 2 regular rooms and 2 studio. the good things is the low cost and the nice location of the hotel. The swimming pool was good as well.

I didnt like the staff, I made ther reservation in EUR but they wanted me to pay for the rooms in BGL in a hight rait. Ther was cockroach in 3 of our rooms, in one of the studios the door to the bathroom was broken, the table was broken. In the other room, was a problem with the hot water. Their is no WIFI in the rroms, and no cable TV. In the last day one of the children broke a glass in the room and the hotel wanted us to pay for it, when i went and brouth them a new one just the same for 1/5 a price they claimed that hte glass were broken 5 days ago and its all redy in the computerso we have to pay. If you are looking for a 3 stars hotel ( defenetly not 4 )in low cost its ok but not more
