Lotus Hotel  

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size and clean. There is a huge pool just across the road that you can use and the beach is also just across the road. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from, best to be early though. We actually stayed for 4 nights in the end as such good value.Transport to airport can be arranged for a reasonable amount, We could leave our cases near reception or pay extra to keep the room.

Unfortunately there are several karaoke bars opposite and if you have a room on the side of the hotel it's very noisey at night. Ask for a room on the right hand side of the hotel as you stand in front or at the back and you wont hear the karaoke.

First of all, the staff was really friendly, thanks to Angelo and George who were very, very helpful. The staff speaks good English, even the cleaning personnel can understand some English. Second, the room was very large, with a mini-kitchen area (mini-fridge, sink, microwave oven, kettle, glasses, cups, plates, forks...) Third, the balcony is very large, and has or you can ask for, a dryer-stand (to dry towels and whatever clothes you may have wet). Fourth, comfortable beds and little sofa, and also we asked for a baby coat and a baby chair and they provided them at no charge. Fifth, the bathroom meets all your needs and has a ventilation fan. Sixth, Free Air Conditioning. Seventh, modern furniture, 40 channels TV. Eighth, the mini-market downstairs has really good prices (for water, juice and others) Ninth, the restaurant serves very good breakfast, worth waking up for. Tenth, nearby you can eat very good food at Bansko, right in the left as you exit the building. Tell them that you stay on Lotus and you will get 10% discount. Finally, very close to the beautiful sandy beach. Absolutely nothing to complain, very good value for money.

Excellent value for money location, just steps from the beach and 10 minutes' walk from the heart of the city council for both families and groups of young people in search of nightlife

Close to beach in a good area, off the main "strip". Comfortable rooms with plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Good veranda's. Breakfast was always worth getting up for and the staff in the 24hour shop, restaurant and reception were very helpfull.

Only comment, Not a complaint was we thought it was self catering and only had microwave BUT with grat salads and meals costing around £3 who wants to cook!!

Very big rooms. Very good food. Very good location. Very good service. Very good staff. Air conditioning. Free wifi throughout the hotel. Very near the beach. Excellent value for money. Big thanks to Chris for making the stay so pleasant.

Small reception lobby and not 24 hour. Supermarket wasn't 24 hour. However I was very early in the season so maybe they are 24 hour when the season kicks in proper. Small shower. Name of hotel on key. (Security risk if you lose your key).

Mi-a placut amplasamentul, faptul ca are supermarket nonstop, ca respecta raportul calitate-pret, ca a fost liniste noaptea si am putut sa ne odihnim(vorbesc de camerele buget), ca exista restaurante lipite de hotel unde poti manca, camere dotate cu TV, aer co, frigider. Camerele din corpul principal(hotelul propriu-zis) sunt spatioase cu toate ca n-am reusit sa stam in ele. Dotarea camerelor buget respecta raportul calitate-pret(TV, aer co, frigider)

Rezervarea pe booking nu specifica clar tipul camerelor, nu am stiut ca la acel pret voi beneficia de camera low budget - am aflat dupa ce am facut rezervarea si cand am vrut sa anulez pierdeam deja 50% Nu se descrie clar ca exista 2 corpuri separate( hotelul principal cu camerele spatioase situate la etaj si corpul separat din spatele hotelului cu camerele buget toate la parteer) - clientii sunt indusi in eroare. Foarte urat accesul in corpul secundar cu camere buget - se trece pe langa tomberoane de gunoaie cu miasmele aferente stricand total imaginea hotelului - as propune o alta cale de acces, nu s-au schimbat prosoapele in fiecare zi, micul dejun ar putea fi mai diversificat. In baia camerelor buget nu exista cada sau cabina de dus, doar gresie si faianta cu un dus fixat in perete.

всё было очень хорошо,одно неудобство-какофония в ночное время от двух расположеных рядом ресторанов.но это не вина отеля!

Близко от моря. В номерах чисто. В отеле работают грамотные специалисты. Было очень приятно отдыхать.

Не понравилась привязка отеля к ресторану Очень однообразный шведский стол. Две недели это невозможно.

A szálloda fekvése kedvező, az ár-érték arány meglehetősen jó, a reggelik változatosak és rendkívül finomak voltak. A személyzet segítőkész volt, a studio tiszta és tágas volt. Ha legközelebb a Sunny Beach-en nyaralnék, ugyanezt a hotel választanám.

A világítás a szobában igen gyér volt, ez olvasáskor kicsit zavaró volt.
