Lotus Hotel  

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size and clean. There is a huge pool just across the road that you can use and the beach is also just across the road. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from, best to be early though. We actually stayed for 4 nights in the end as such good value.Transport to airport can be arranged for a reasonable amount, We could leave our cases near reception or pay extra to keep the room.

Unfortunately there are several karaoke bars opposite and if you have a room on the side of the hotel it's very noisey at night. Ask for a room on the right hand side of the hotel as you stand in front or at the back and you wont hear the karaoke.

The location and staff great. Spacious rooms. The sea is a 5min walk, bars, restaurants, supermarket, shopping within 1 minute. Great value for money

The rooms could have been cleaner

We stayed in the Lotus hotel with my girlfriend for our summer vacation and what we really liked is the location of the hotel. It was still in the center, but far from all the noise of discos and bars in the city center of Sunny Beach. Besides we really appreciated the modern, nice and confortable room, with a cosy bed, pretty big bathroom together with the toilet. The staff was very helpfull and polite. If we come back next time we will definitely choose the Lotus hotel again.

The view of our balcony wasn't very nice, but didn't sit there for a long time. And it's a pity that Lotus doesn't have a swimming pool itself, but could use the one in the Europa hotel, which is pretty big and deep.

Hotel was pretty close to the beach but enough far from the loud party places. From outside it looks a bit ugly but inside it is absolutely ok. The room was spotlessly clean, the cleaning was perfect, the swedish table breakfast was fair, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. We had a great week there.

The nearby party places are a bit loud - but whole Sunny Beach is about parties and fun.

Excellent value for money (near the beach, free parking, big and comfortable rooms, very good service, very good staff, free wifi, air conditioning, breakfast included).

Much noise from neighboring bars, in night

Close to beach in a good area, off the main "strip". Comfortable rooms with plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Good veranda's. Breakfast was always worth getting up for and the staff in the 24hour shop, restaurant and reception were very helpfull.

Only comment, Not a complaint was we thought it was self catering and only had microwave BUT with grat salads and meals costing around £3 who wants to cook!!

Flott lite hotell med fin beliggenhet I forhold til avstand til strand og uteliv. Meget blid og hyggelig betjening og rask service.

Først og fremst et hotell for voksne uten barn da det mangler basseng.

Mi-a placut amplasamentul, faptul ca are supermarket nonstop, ca respecta raportul calitate-pret, ca a fost liniste noaptea si am putut sa ne odihnim(vorbesc de camerele buget), ca exista restaurante lipite de hotel unde poti manca, camere dotate cu TV, aer co, frigider. Camerele din corpul principal(hotelul propriu-zis) sunt spatioase cu toate ca n-am reusit sa stam in ele. Dotarea camerelor buget respecta raportul calitate-pret(TV, aer co, frigider)

Rezervarea pe booking nu specifica clar tipul camerelor, nu am stiut ca la acel pret voi beneficia de camera low budget - am aflat dupa ce am facut rezervarea si cand am vrut sa anulez pierdeam deja 50% Nu se descrie clar ca exista 2 corpuri separate( hotelul principal cu camerele spatioase situate la etaj si corpul separat din spatele hotelului cu camerele buget toate la parteer) - clientii sunt indusi in eroare. Foarte urat accesul in corpul secundar cu camere buget - se trece pe langa tomberoane de gunoaie cu miasmele aferente stricand total imaginea hotelului - as propune o alta cale de acces, nu s-au schimbat prosoapele in fiecare zi, micul dejun ar putea fi mai diversificat. In baia camerelor buget nu exista cada sau cabina de dus, doar gresie si faianta cu un dus fixat in perete.

Közel volt a tengerpart. Az étterem szolgáltatásai is jók voltak.

A tengerparttól csak három-négyperces séta, a szobák tiszták és nagyon tágasak. Napospart központja (Hotel Kuban) tizenöt-húsz perc séta, de a szálloda közvetlen közelében is tömve vannak az utcák éttermekkel, koktélbárokkal, diszkókkal, ruha-, táska- és ékszerárusokkal, pénzváltókkal, közvetlen közelben van egy gyógyszertár és orvosi rendelő. A Lotus alatt van egy éjjel-nappali üzlet, ahol az eladók nagyon kedvesek. A reggeli bőséges (sütemények, felvágott, tojás, gyümölcsök, néha-néha palacsinta is), a Lotus alkalmazottai szintén nagyon kedvesek, a takarítónő pedig még rendet is rak. Elutazás és érkezés napján a bőröndöket megőrzik a recepciósok, akik egyébként fejből emlékeznek minden vendég szobaszámára. A közelben van a magyarok törzshelye, a Nessebar Beach nevű hotel. A szobákban van mosogató, hűtő, két személyre tányér, kés, villa, kanál, pohár, bögre, meg légkondi, tévé (angol, francia és német nyelvű csatorna is).

Aki csendet szeretne, az ne Napospartot, hanem inkább a szomszédos Neszebárt válassza. A Lotus szobáiban reggel nyolctól hajnal négyig hallható a környékbeli éttermekből és koktélbárokból kiszűrődő zene - ez nem feltétlenül negatívum. A reggeli ugyan bőséges, de minden nap ugyanaz a menü, így a hetedik napon már kicsit unalmas.
