The staff spoke very good English. very noisy at night, I studied Bulgarian from TV till 1 a.m., the TV set must have been just behind a thin wall. The staff promissed us a breakfast package to be given in the morning as we had to leave before the restaurant opening hours but at the end we did not get anything. |

close to city centre no wifi only cable for internet which did not work all the time, only for a few moments at a time. Breakfast was poor choice and it was an expensive hotel for eastern europe. This is not a hotel in western europe and so could not understand why so expensive. It should have been in Local Leva not Euro's |

Fine no frills honest place. Ideal as a short stay hotel and close to the airport. Value for money questionable but that says more about the lack of budget accom. in sofia itself. Not exactly in the city centre but the taxi's are cheap so we didn't see this as much of a problem. |

Good location for travelers to the university of chemistry, math and physics. Easy to reach the city center. Friendly stuff and the Room was clean. Bad Breakfast. One Day no bread left and the other day tee was empty and could not be refilled. Bad chloral taste in tee water. Strange smell of disinfectant in the Room. Internet did not work in my room at all. |

Location was nice, not far from main center and also not in the middle of it, taxi price from bus station only 5 Euros. Good service, quite fast internet for both Wireless and LAN connections. Friendly and helpfull personnel. Isolation of room looking for improvement. |

Near to city center, big clean room, big bed and leather sofa. Restaurant is too small, but for breakfast enough, we had dinner in another restaurant near to hotel. |

The room service / restaurant was in effect closed much earlier than guaranteed. Wi-fi connection - actually not usable, since poor signal in roms, which was one of my key considerations in my decision to book at this hotel. Will recommend only to low level employees. |

Position and price seems to be quite fair. Internet connection is also very fast. Atmosphere is very family-like, you can relax in the lobbu while waiting for your flight... Restaurant and breakfast was very, very poor. Although the hotel has 3 stars the restaurant has only 2 ! And the breakfast was one of the poorest I've seen so far. |

A really nice little hotel with friendly, helpful staff and spotlessly clean rooms. The food in the restaurant is also good. Free wi-fi in the room. If this standard can be maintained, this will be my hotel of choice for future stays in Sofia. Breakfast - a total disaster. Limited seating, insufficient coffee, running out of basics like cups and cutlery. |
