Great value for money, excellent friendly staff. Good facilities, rich breakfast. Preferable hotel for families with baby and young children. The elevator was a bit strange, not secured closing door.

safe, not noisy, good restaurant ,fantastic breakfast ,friendly people in the hotel,very very clean in evrything,atractive for children ,well acceptable spa . i am going to stay again next to bansko for skiing or during spring-summer period the area round the hotel but you can overcome it

The hotel , staff , food ,facility's were all excellent . The shuttle bus to the ski slope and town was a big plus as was the spa after a hard day on the slopes The tea and coffee in the room were charged as extras ,

We did not like to the room that was given it was congsted and small the whole experince was depressing. We had to change the room and pay extra for it. We left early as the whole experince was awfull due to the room that was given and it was not changed for three days whihc mad it even worse. So will not be going back to this hotel agian.

We had a wonderful ski vacation in this hotel, with a nice spa and kids playing zone , good breakfast buffet, and very convenient shuttles to ski slopes. The staff was friendly and helpful , and the room was confortable. the bed mattrice is a little bit soft/old.

The Hotel is not located in the center of the town but the location where is situated is in a nice quiet zone. You can benefit of all the SPA facilities for free. The water temperature in the pool was 33 degrees. The employes of the hotel and very friendly. The restaurant of the hotel is nice and i want to thank to Yanko for all the things he done for us. The room is big and you have also a small kitchen inside. Also in the morning you have transport for free from the hotel to the ski zone every 30 min and is comfortable to not take your car and pay the parking 12 BGN (6 EUR) per day. I will definitely go there for skiing because the the ski zone it looks very very nice and has all the difficulties included.
