Very pleasant, clean, modern hotel. We liked almost everything about our stay in this hotel, though the breakfast could be hotter and some staff taking your plate before you finish your meal. The water in the swimming pool was very warm. But apart from this malicious comment we would be happy to go back to stay in this beutifully designed hotel and we will recommend this hotel to our friends. I will make absolutely sure, next time, to ask for a receipt at the reception as the staff did not give it to us when we checked out. This is a very important practice in all EU countries. |

first of all: indoor swimming pool .very nice spa center,big clean rooms, nice hotel staff (almost everybody know english). from september to 20 december and april to june very good room rates . thank you lucky bansko , thank you booking.com it is very hard to find something I didn't like . |

The room was excellent,the breakfast was good and big,even if it wasn't a buffet. The hotel was very clean. I arrived at the hotel at 22:30 and they didn't want to serve me dinner anymore, and the dinner was already paid. |

I choose hotel Lucky based on rewiev from the family visitors. I must admit that what I sow, exceeded my expetations. The hotel is very nice, clean and with excelent service and verry positive stuff. My childrens (doughter 9 years old & son 11 years old) was delighted by the indoor swiming pool and computers.Also the food served was excelent. |

clean massage : they make the half time than u payed for. - they don't let u park in front unless u own ferrari/lambo/mercedes600 - they don't speak fluent english and they call names in bulgarian if u ask for something that they can't understand. |

The SPA was great.Everything was including in the price except massage.Every half an hour there was a bus to the ski center.All the hotel was more than hot,sometimes we open the room doors for cool it(outside was -3 C').Very satisfied about everything. |

hotel staff was very helpful for all of our demands, very polite, facilities were as good as you expected, well organised (ski bus were accurate, even we went in snow storm, road were clean enough, and it was a very nice surprise when they clean our car from snow.) |

The facilities are excellent, the rooms are very well equipped and clean. The hotel offers very frequent shuttle bus service to the ski lifts. It is located far from the ski lifts and the city center. |
