Easy to get to the centre of Burgas, good restaurants very close by

This hotel is a gem,very clean and well maintained in a excellent location with only a few minutes stroll to the beach and beautiful sea gardens and also to the central pedestrian area with shops, bars and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. As we had a late flight our check out time was extended to 3.30 for 30 lev extra which was very reasonable. We'll have no problem staying here again on our next visit.

Very conveniently located close to bus station, beach and city centre.

Internal decor is a but dated but adequate. Does not seem to be norm in Bulgarian Hotels, but tea and coffee making facilities would be a real plus.

Not friendly personnel

The restaurant is great, allthough getting good cafe latte was like flipping a coin. Reception staff was helpfull and spoke english very well. Hotel was situated near city center and the Sea Park :-)

We have booked a non smoker suite, but the air conditioning was circulating cigarette smoke around the entire hotel and into our room. Fortunately it was not to hot or cold, but I we can imagine how horrible it would be in the winter or in the summer, where you have to use the aircon. There are no breakfast buffet, guest have to chose a single thing from a menu card.

Excelent value for money. We enjoyed the location, the restaurant in it, and a fabulous breakfast with tastes for every country!

It was close to City Centre. Italian restrorant was very nice.

It was crazy smelling smoke. We stayed at room 105, and the first floor of the hotel & our room was smelling terrible. Also inside of baths were very small, it was hard to wash my hair.

The staff & size of rooms. Restaurant was excellent. Free wifi that actually worked in the room.

Although rooms are non-smoking others smoke in hotel or Lobby & it filters through air system & enters room.

Hotel was ok, but room was quite small. Great location, the sea was just 5mins away. Very close to the bus station ( and from there to the airport ). Unfortunately we couldnt stay till breakfast but the restauratnt seemed very very nice! But they prepared us some breakfast to go.

Windows to the street, so we could hear the cars. Staff wasnt very nice, didnt really helped us to solve the small problem.

Very good hotel near the center and shopping street.The staff has been very kind and helpful, very difficult to find an European standard quality of the service in a city like Burgas, but this is an example.

Breakfast do not exist and service at the bar very very slow.

Very good location

The hotel is on a busy road very near the actual centre of Burgas. The double glazing keeps the noise out if you do not want to hear the traffic noise. Air conditioning is available and free. There is a large amount (for Bulgaria) of dishes to choose from at breakfast but it is extra. Good restaurant on site.

It was a bit overpriced. Parking is on the street and during working hours must be paid for. No balcony to speak of. A door onto a strip outside no wider than 30cm.

The location was good, close to the centre. The attached restaurant is also OK for simple meals.

Reception staff were a little unfriendly, but not sure if that's a cultural thing.

Professional and polite stuff, good location.

Breakfasts are not included and are a bit poor.

Delighted with this hotel! Bright and clean! Staff were super and very helpful! We will be booking this hotel on our next holiday to Bulgaria! We are frequent visitors to Bulgaria!

Nice choice of B-fast from a menu in the on-site (real) restaurant. Location: right on #15 bus line from airport for 1 lev; three blocks to bus/train station, two blocks to beach and close to the two main shopping streets

Why was there an ash tray in a non-smoking room? It two days to figure out how to work TV with two remotes and cable box extra charge to use in room safe

Престоя ни беше кратък ,но сме с много добри впечатления от персонала,чистотата в хотела.В ресторанта също получихме необходимото внимание .С удоволствие ще посетиме отново при първа възможност нотела.
