The room was very good! Lack of hot water in the bathroom. The problem was not solved because it was weekend. |

Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is nice and quiet for Golden Sands. Lots of mould in the room. Chief of reception said no other room was available and didn´t offer any compensation for it. After complaining several times, there suddenly was a new room, which was admittedly nice. But the contact with the people of the hotel was unpleasent. |

It was ok the fact that we could find a parking place. We did not have hot water and some of the days water at all. The hotel staff was very rude and was laughing of the situation. The elevator was always broken and I got stuck on it. The room towels were really old. |

The restaurant (including the food), the location. A day before we leave they empty our minibar when we ask why we got no answer. |

view from the room, breakfast, quiet in the night, close to the beach too many students, not hot water most of the day (5th floor), poor english of hotel staff, it is hard to find the hotel(no visible sign) |

I think the room was fine, it had the normal conditions to have a relaxing staying there. The hotel is in the middle of the Golden Sands Resort, not very far from beach, has swinmming pool, and the breakfast is more then ok. not to many parking places, thought i think this is a general issue for the Golden Sands Resort. |

The room was very clean, the hotel looks very good also. We were unable to pay using a Visa Electron Card (from ING bank). However we were able to redraw money from an ATM in Golden Sands using the same card. We also had a problem with the cleaning lady - she opened our door at 3 P.M. while we were sleeping (she said that she wanted to clean the room but the room was already cleaned up in the morning). |
