The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so so. I prefer a buffet. The menu choices were fairly similar and all included eggs and sausage. Not my favorite thing.Also, the gym, like in most of these hotels was very bare bones. The cardio equipment is not gym standard but if you want to lift some free weight you can do it. |

staff very friendly and helpfull no internet in my room,pool not in use,no satalite only bulgarian tv,to far to walk to the centre,tho it was early may i went.staff said they were waiting for the maintanance to come to sort out my complaint.still not good enough. |

The room was fabulous, very spacious, one of the most beautifull rooms I've stayed in (and I've been travelling quite a bit). Limited choice of breakfast, small pool, quite far from the beach. One huge surprise for a 5 stars hotel was to be informed that the main door of the hotel will close around 23:00, and we have to call someone to come and open it. |

Heating was rarely on despite being quite cold outside over the night. Swimming pool was not available. Despite having an online sale E39/day, at check-out they tried to convince me I need to pay full price of E87, including for the "complimentary" upgrade (but I insisted to pay as for my online booking). |

excellent staff, friendly and helpfull, great, excellent value for the money, very clean, luxurious breakfast could be better, and there's no air conditioning in the room - can be a problem in the summer ... parking only fits about 10 cars without blocking others. |

Spacious rooms, hotel staff very friendly; Poor breakfast (both selection and quantity). The rooms were not 100% clean - i.e. we found chocolate wrapping in a drawer; a little far away from the city center but very close to Nessebar. No wifi in the room. |

We were given an upgrade to a 1 bed apartment on arrival. It was large and comfortable. But had limited cooking equipment given the full kitchen. Also had a very large balcony. Nice restaurant and buffet breakfast. Hotel is located closer to nessebar than centre of sunny beach. Which may not be a bad thing Hotel pool area faces onto main road so will be noisy in high season. |

The studio rooms are large and very comfortable. No room heating in April, although the outside temperature was below 10° during the night. Breakfast choices limited. Noisy surrounding area due to street traffic and building construction nearby. |

Price/quality the best you can find in Sunny Beach. They give us free upgrade to a larger appartement. The reception is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived at the night but this was not a problem. The breakfast is too less for a 5 stars hotel. |
