Smukt og yderst velholdt hotel, midt i centrum Vi fik peberbøffer, som var seje, og alt for stegt, var uspiselig. Det øvrige mad var dejligt. |

Nice and helpful staff, interesting interior, good location Not so strong wifi, small room. In the room you have possibility to boil a water and make coffee or tea but its not for free. I travel a lot, and if there are in the rooms some coffeemakers you got it free of charge. |

Beautiful decor-a mix of old world charm and modern. Quiet hotel yet on the doorstep to the City. Receptionists had very good English. Tea/Coffee in room not complimentary. |

Location, size of the hotel, 4 star To high service status during the brekfast - they clean the table to often. Other thing that I saw, two friends of mine was booked at this hotel too, but the hotel was overbooked and the hotel send them to other hotel that was cheaper and in lower standard (I have been at that hotel before). Maria Luisa was not willing to refund the differnence in price. |

It was in the centre Sofia so it was easy to walk round the city with plenty of side walk cafes |

Great location, good housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff. If we came to hotel, so they blocked 500EUR for deposite room from my credit card. I must wait more then one week after coming home for return my money. We went there with one next couple for two nights. Our friends did not get ordered room and they must stay one night in other dirty hotel. Hotel excuse for problem with A/C. |
