Maria Luisa Hotel  

The staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and suited my travel expectations for the price I paid. The location was perfect for my needs of walking around to look at the city and access the museums and see the architecture of Sofia. Overall it was a great experience and I would come back to the hotel.

The wi-fi did not always work and the breakfast was a bit hit and miss as to the quality of what was available. On the first day I was ale to order what I wanted and the food was brought straight to my table. On the second day it was the buffet which was ok but the food had been sitting out for a while.

Beautiful old hotel nicely restored. Great city location within walking distance to nearly everthing of interest..

The bed was more like a queen size with very short covers thus impossible for two persons to cover up. Too many items were in the room which required paying for even coffee or tea and the mini bar prices were higher than at the five star hotel we stayed in the previous week. Breakfast was fine with the exception persons were watching every bite taken..

The Sfaff were very helpful & my room was very clean

バスターミナルから歩いて15分くらいで、メイン通りなのでわかりやすい。市内観光も近くて便利。スィート- ルームに宿泊しましたが、部屋は清潔で使いやすく、外は暑かったですが室内のエアコンの温度もちょうどよく- 、広いバスルームに大きなバスタブがあって、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方もとても感じよく親切です。- 朝食も、種類が多いしおいしかったです。

La situation

Sur les 2 chambres réservées aucune n'avait de fenêtre (hôtel 4*!).Non seulement la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas mais la vitre était recouverte d'un composite opaque rendant la chambre borgne.La fenêtre(toujours opaque)de l'autre chambre pouvait s'entrouvrir mais donnait sut le dessus d'un toit d'un réduit recouvert de fientes d'oiseaux d'une odeur pestilentielle. Après plainte à la réception, on nous a dit qu'il y avait des chambres avec fenêtre mais que c'était plus cher (il s'est avéré qu'il fallait prendre des suites!...) et que la prochaine fois il fallait notifier dans les commentaires au moment de la réservation dans booking qu'on voulait une fenêtre!!!!!.L'accès au parking (très cher 14euros par nuit) se fait par l'intermédiaire d'un employé qui y conduit et rapporte votre voiture (délais d'attente...).L'hôtel Gloria Palace (très bien et pour moins cher) aussi 4* et situé en face dans la même rue (réservé pour notre retour de circuit) a des chambres avec fenêtre et un parking en libre accès à 5 euros la nuit!!!! Faites votre choix.....

La mayoria de habitaciones son muy oscuras sin ventana al exterior y muy pequeñas. Te cobran medio euro por casad hoja que se imprime en el ordenador.

не знаю чья уж в том вина, но с 13 мая по сей день заблокированы деньги на карте (расчет за отель произведен 19 мая). много раз бронировала отель через booking.com, но такое впервые??? очень плохой интернет (Wi- Fi) в номере!

Der Kuchen vom Vienna Cafe ist zu empfehlen.

Das Essen im Restaurant war ungenügend, Butter zum Frühstück gab es nur auf Verlangen. Das Personal spricht nur genügend Englisch. Bei Telefongesprächen vom Hotelzimmer unterbricht es immer alle 10 Minuten. Hatte immer nach dem Duschen eine Pfütze im Badezimmer. Ein bedauernswerter Vogel in einem Käfig wird alles andere als tiergerecht gehalten.
