Location, size of the hotel, 4 star

To high service status during the brekfast - they clean the table to often. Other thing that I saw, two friends of mine was booked at this hotel too, but the hotel was overbooked and the hotel send them to other hotel that was cheaper and in lower standard (I have been at that hotel before). Maria Luisa was not willing to refund the differnence in price.

It was in the centre Sofia so it was easy to walk round the city with plenty of side walk cafes

A very pleasant hotel clean and comfortable. The staff were realy good and the food was good

Location is perfect. If you can get the Suite for around 100-110 Euro, take it; it is one of the nicest rooms I have seen in Europe (the rack rate is 170 Euro---too much for Bulgaria)

Do not stay here IF you have a rental car. Parking is painful at best.

Friendliness of staff. Never had my room so well attended too by the cleaning staff....and I stayed in many hotels..

Staff were professional. I felt that everyone was trying very hard. The breakfast buffet was very varied.

Good location, pleasant and helpful staff, nice ambiance

On first stay our room was very small. On second stay we had a suite which was more comfortable. Also, the windows did not have shades or heavy curtains which would allow us to really darken the room at night.
