小規模で、古いホテルだが、ロケーション抜群に加え、スタッフのテキパキした対応や、心配りが素晴らしい。夜中の３時近くのチェックインになったにも拘らず、ホテルの前に車を止めるとすぐ、「チェックインか」と人が出てきて、荷物の運び込みもスムーズ。 一日中、彼らはドアの前に立ち、客の出入りのために重いドアの開閉をしてくれ、セキュリティにもよい。早朝、５時のチェックアウトにも、頼んでおいた朝食ＢＯＸ（サンドイッチなど）がきちんと用意され、荷物の積み込み、駐車場からの車のピックアップ、など３人の男性が、すばやく適格な対応で手伝い、見送ってくれた。、本当に助かり、感心した。ここは客のニーズに本当に、きめ細かに親切に対応してくれるホテルだと思う。 今回のバルカン旅行中、１１件泊まったホテルの中で、最高点をつけたい。 食事が、ハム、チーズばかりで、日本人としては野菜サラダなどがなかったのに、少し不満。 バッフェなので、ハエが飛んで、食事にとまっているのに、レストランの担当者が放置しているのが、ホテルの格からいって、少し残念だった。 ホテルで売っているお菓子、ケーキ類もでており、スイートの味はよかった。 駐車料金、割高感あり。街の中心なので仕方ないか？ |

Nice and helpful staff, interesting interior, good location Not so strong wifi, small room. In the room you have possibility to boil a water and make coffee or tea but its not for free. I travel a lot, and if there are in the rooms some coffeemakers you got it free of charge. |

Beautiful decor-a mix of old world charm and modern. Quiet hotel yet on the doorstep to the City. Receptionists had very good English. Tea/Coffee in room not complimentary. |
