Room looked really good. Not too far from the beach (10 minutes or so to the closest). The buffet was very very repetitive. Also same food each day (just minor differences). Cleaning the room was not done each day. 5 nights and same bed sheet.

modern and well fitted out hotel. Compared to other 4 stars hotels at BUlgarian Black sea, this one could be considered 4 stars eligible. Helpful personnel, cozy rooms, reasonably large for 2 persons with 1 child Own garage -free of charge Air conditioning not working. It was 1st of May and the system was not yet switched from heating to cooling :) Breakfast rather poor in terms of variaty and taste Pretty noisy- for rooms facing the street.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are big, the location is good and it has free parking. The pool on the top floor is nice, not that big but you get a good view from the hotel roof. The jacuzzi is very nice and relaxing with heated water. The English announcements are missing at the reception - the price list is only in the local language. Breakfast is very poor and the food supposed to be hot it was actually cold. There is a coffee machine but with instant coffee and the quality is very poor. The staff in the restaurant speaks Bulgarian so no chance to ask a question or request help. My wife took a glass to drink water and I realized that it wasn't clean since it had lipstick footprints.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights pack to your hotel. Goods: a good / fair price (as I remarked: "quality for the money") the kindness of your staff, the swimming pool, the pool bar (including the lunch service), all the other facilities, the professionalism of your staff (especially the Hotel Manager, who recovered our car from the car "pincher"). Average to good: the breakfast. Average: the cleanliness of the room, the mini bar of the room is not refilled by the staff (5 days it was not checked by the personnel to be refilled with beverages); it is not clearly understood if the towels and the linings need to be renewed; poor English by the personnel (however the behavior was polite and helpful and well compensate) Average to bad: the offer posted on the web describes more parking capacity; the real parking place is not appropriate to accommodate enough guest transport means and this is disappointing for the guests . Bad: the restaurant, especially the dinner included on the package; this is really frustrating for those paying for a nice diner, compared to the offer on the spot market. I know that you have what is necessary to improve this item. Either you need to improve the menu or you need to do some changes to the cooks ("there are many restaurants losing their customers for keeping a skill-less cook"). All over: a really good experience that can be repeated. The restaurant is well designed but the service itself, the dinner uppermost needs to be reviewed to get more customers, basically rethought taking as a model the "old town" terraces and the promenades eateries. the personnel however very nice but slightly helpless whenever (very often) low prepared for English communication.

The room was very nice and clean. The personnel from the reception was very helpful. Free internet connection in the room. Below average food, the same dishes were served for the entire period and the quality was low.

The terrace bar, pool and other facilities were good. This is a four star hotel with a three star restaurant better described as one star as the food was invariably of poor quality and cold, with little daily variety. The web site should state that it is a lower rated restaurant and not have to wait until a notice on the door. No room cleaning or maid service carried out in three days, carpet dirty and stained, No parking facilities, constantly having to move vehicle.

the hotel was well situated just outside but nearby the old city of nessebar close to the beach and also close to shopping area.Unfortunately only the receptionists speak english, and the rest do not speak at all a problem we encounter all over bulgaria. The room was clean when we arrived but after that we do not think it was cleaned again .Twice the beds were not made.We know bathroom was not cleaned while we were there.

not close but not far from the beach, this hotel (that shoud be rated 3 stars) is located in an area full of shops, food stalls and restaurants. Great swimmingpool area on the roof and good breakfast. I appreciated the fast (and free) internet wired-connection in the room and the free parking in the private garage. A special thank you to the guy that helped me to change the tire when leaving ;) The room was big and the air condition was working perfectly. Unfortunately the housekeepers chose the wrong job. During our 6 nights stay the only thing they did was to fold the towels and sheets on the bed and empty the bin... the dusty room was never cleaned... cockroaches were seen the last day luckly! In the room there were a kettle and 2 dirty glass cups but no coffee or tea (?). In the restaurant the dishes were often badly washed, check yours when you take it for breakfast. Another black spot: how is possible that (in a 4stars hotel) only few English words are spoken? Just one lady asked me if I was able to speak russian...

The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was very nice, the shower was very good and modern The internet advertisement for the room stated it had a whirlpool/jacuzzi in the room and this was not the case, it also stated that bathrobes and slippers where provided and this was not the case. We had to go to reception to ask for these, and not many staff spoke english

The hotel room was clean, well equipped and spacious. The shower was good too and very powerful The location of the Hotel is not great and in the centre of a busy bar area with a disco underneath the Hotel. This is ok if you don't mind loud disco music till 5am which we didn't with people shouting in the early hours of the morning. Not great if you want a quiet night. Be careful when booking Hotels in Bulgaria as they will often list some great facilities like this Hotel did and then when you arrive...The pool is not open, the jacuzzi is broken and you have to pay 9 Lev each time you use the sauna area. Also, the prices in the restaurant menu will change when you ask for the bill as they like to add extra money to the bill for us rich tourists. Bulgarian staff seriously need to learn how to s

Clean and comfortable room, good location in the center of the new town, which offers access to restaurants and shops. Better value IMHO than a hotel in the old town. Quite poor and monotone selection for breakfast. The hotel staff doesn't seem to master English very well.

The bowling alley - good enjoyment for our children. The apartment - well spaced and equiped for a 4 stars hotel (2 balconies, bedroom with 1 queen bed + living with 2 sofas, electric kettle, 2 tv sets, bathrobes and slippers). Good rate out of season, abt. half price than similar hotels in the city, compensates the distance to the old city (with kids you can reach there just by car). Maid service can be improved (pay more attention to carpets and shower cabin cleaning). Warning abt. Nessebar old city - most of handicrafts have speculative prices and also some restaurants. Still, fried fish and shopska salads are mandatory!
