Dostupnost na MHD:pokud letíte do Burgasu ,Absence dobré pláže vlastně žádna.Smrad z moře.Nad střediskem asi 400m ve směru na Ravdu vypouštějí asi nějaké fekalie jak se otočí vítr strašný smrad.Drahé služby,občerstvení,bar.Absence českých turistu samý Polák.

Komplex jako takový výborný! Luxus!

Přístup do moře - všude kolem moře a jen jedna malá ušmudlaná pláž. Také není možnost nákupů a občerstvení a na bg poměry je to v komplexu velmi drahé a nic moc...

The apartment is comfortable, clean restaurant, good food and a skilled and knowledgeable of foreign languages, good position for the complex has a large beautiful architecture in the surrounding area but currently is in development and does not provide a very nice environment.

Staff does not speak any language international; pool was not operational and shows that being used by more than 1 year; beach dirty and difficult access; bathroom tiles is not insulated well filled by the pope; in a rain filled terrace higher water and into the room.

It was our second time there. We got a great offer and booked 2 studios. Stuff was very friendly and polite. Everything was perfect!

Last year was perfect.This time I cannot understand why the offer was changet.

we ordered specificly room with a sea view - and payed extra 300 LEBAS for that room - and still got a basic room with no view to the sea nor the pool

Bad smell in the room. Poor quality of room furniture and equipment. Poor hygiene. Not even a sign on the road to find it!

Nice location, close to bigger sities, nice and clean pools, fair prices in the restorants and bars, clean..

people working at the reception were slow not verry frendly. They made a confusion about our arrival date and it took them 2 hours to sort it out so that we had to wait in the lobby.The vouchers that they gave for the bowling (that is not included in the price) could not be used due to an explanation that we did not untherstand so we just did not use it. The worst thing was that there were not chairs and table on the balcony they said that other people have"bought theur own", so we could not realy enjoy the view;)

Nice setting on the cliffs, big and clean pool, good architecture and spacious studios.

Reception staff lacks in all aspects, check-in was late over an hour in which time no option even to leave baggage was given. On a later stage a simple request was just forgotten although they've promised to arrange it. Nearby pig farm adds a specific scent to the experience which is hard not to be mentioned. The town doesn't have proper facilities and finding a dining place is a challenge. Nearest beach is 5km away, without life guards.

We had been given free complimentary WIFI Access due to our previous complaint. Room was cleaned better than previous day too.

WIFI Problem must be solved and Marina Cape must provide high speed WIFI Access as promised. Car park problem must be solved too.

Modern building as a holiday complex. Family friendly place.

We paid 10 Leva daily for each user of wifi in our apartment however Internet reception was so much poor and there were interruptions every minute so it was impossible to handle our routine business work during our stay. Some times the pass words didn't work. The sheets were not changed and the room was not being cleaned well since house keeping service was poor too. Two of the poor quality wooden chairs were broken suddenly one by one and me and my wife were wounded and had back and wrist pain. The pool was so much chlorinated. Car park was a big problem.

In the evening it had an awfull smell, the pizza place was bad

The hotel is located in the quiet area, you can relax with your family, there are two nice and big swimming pools, you can also enjoy your drink sitting in the swimming pool but in the bar. There is spa with nice massages, few restaurants and really nice view, because the complex is located just at the sea side. The apartment is cleaned every day, fresh towels are changed everyday. Apartments are nice and furniture are of good quality. The beds are very comfortable. Cleaning service is very nice.

There aren't the beach near the hotel where you can swim, even if the hotel is situated 5 meters from beach. This area is surrounded with small harbor for boats and from this reason the water there is dirty - full of alga. There is also a very bad smell, probably coming from this area, the smell is like cesspool and can really destroy very nice atmosphere. I also didn't like one lady of the reception, but all other people were very friendly and nice. I also didn't get the exact apartment that I booked while watching the booking com pictures.

It has been our second holiday in Marina Cape and certainly not the last! We love this place!

Impolite receptionist. Made my wife with my baby wait just to get na answer about the laundry. Not enough parking spaces. Strange smell - like a toilet in the whole complex and the surroundings one of the days. If you want to go to a beach you need to travel by car, because near the complex there is no decent beach.

It was new and built in modern style as apartment units for luxury holidays.

Internet access for wifi is big hassle in Marina Cape Vacation Complex. You pay 5 euro for 24 Hours Internet but it may not work well due to the interruptions in the wifi reception.

Great holiday complex. If you book on Booking.com it's very cheap. Much more expensive to book on site. Certainly one of the best complexes in the Sunny Beach area. I would thoroughly recommend it if you are looking for somewhere nice to holiday with the family. We were there twice this summer and we have been there many times before. It is perfect for families who just want to relax. The food is good, there is a nice safe swimming pool and good evening entertainment if you want it. It is just a taxi ride from Burgas airport.We will certainly be back a couple of times next year.

The spa staff are very unwelcoming. It's a good spa but I have never felt more unwelcomed in my life, so one treatment only for me. Which is a pity because when you are holiday is when you have time for such things. But never mind, the rest of the complex makes up for it.

It is safe, surrounded by fence and video cctv watched. Swimming pool was good, big and clean and warm with free chairs and umbrellas around. There is a spa with steam (very good) jacuzzi bowling squash etc.

Lack of beach, you have to walk 10 minutes to get to place which I would not call beach, I did not enter the sea at all. Apartments are not equipped properly, there is nothing inside apart from the bed and tv and shower, you have to pray for forks and knives. You have to pay for everything like kids club, spa, squash etc... It was the first disappointment for me with booking.com because it was not indicated on the page (even though we received 1 ticket for free spa and 1 bowling game). It is in the middle of nowhere and it costs a hell of money to go to any nearby places by taxi, but you do not dare to leave your parking lot because there are not many parking places and a lot of cars were parking outside the complex in the grass.

Two swimming pools, entertainment for the children, great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms.

No tables or chairs on the balconies, no bar/cafe at one of the pools.

This is the 4th time we stay at marina cape & each time different apartment each one large & comfortable

We stayed in april & the access to the beach was not accessable& was dissapointed to see it hadnt been repaired

We had a great experience at Marina Cape! The studio was spacious and well equipped with a great view. The pool was always clean. There are lots of trees and flowers. A very cozy place!

It is well located near the beach and not far away from Sunny beach, old Nessabar, Complex is well maintained ,designed and very comfortable to live
