The 5-star Marina Grand Beach Hotel is situated in a beautiful park area, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, in the southern part of Golden Sands resort.

The 9-floor hotel, built in 2002, has 186 modern furnished double rooms and 48 luxury apartments, most of boast a view of the sea. Enjoy the indoor and the outdoor pools and relax while your children play in their own swimmingpool. Make use of our balneology therapy offer, the fitness and squash halls, the 2 saunas a hairdresser and a beauty salon.

In our central restaurant with a terrace you can savour delicious meals and an aqua bar, a snack-bar, a sweets shop, a lobby-bar, a mezzanine-bar with a terrace, a modernly styled discoteque and sky-bar provide for creature comforts.

The hotel offers accommodation of the highest standard, together with an excellent range of on-site facilities.

- Mezzanine Bar - with 136 seats (59 indoors and 77 outdoors). Here you can have aromatic coffee and hold your business meeting during the day, and in the evening, try wonderful cocktails.
- Disco - with 120 seats indoors, where you would meet new friends, the music is tastefully chosen, and the cocktails.... come and see for yourselves!
- Restaurant - with 400 seats (258 indoors and 142 outdoors). Fresh and tasty fish at any time, sea delicacies together with a wonderful sea panorama and atmosphere.
- Sky bar - with 105 seats (40 indoors and 65 outdoors). Here you can enjoy the most beautiful view in the resort and try exotic cocktails.
- Lobby bar - with 60 seats indoors. In a cozy atmosphere, a team of professionals would offer you large variety of alcohol and beer.
- Aqua Bar - with 30 seats outdoors. In the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool, the bar offers all kinds of drinks, which would quench your thirst in the hot days.
- Sweet shop - with 90 seats (33 indoors and 57 outdoors). Here you can try more than 20 kinds of sweet products, made in the state-of-the-art equipped workshop, big variety of different coffee brands.

周辺情報

he Golden Sands resort is located 18 km north of Varna. The splendid park, where the freshness of woods combines with the fine sand of the beach to provide unique setting, does deserve its fame as the Pearl of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

The beach, 100 meters wide in places, is a fascinating stretch of soft golden sand. The bright summer will enable you to enjoy sunbathing from May till October. Average air temperatures rarely exceed 27°C and the calm and clean seawater is warm enough both at daytime and in the evening with temperatures of 24-25°C.

Very difficult to find, there are no large or obvious signs at the hotel. The directions given by the link on the booking.com confirmation email were wildly wrong and take you 8km past the turning into Golden Sands. It took us an hour and a half of driving around to find the hotel. Check out was very slow - they had to send someone to physically check the mini bar before we could strt check out.	7.5

The staff barely understand english...it's a pain to get anything done. Don't even think of using the minibar; we had a chocholate bar and they charged us for a coke and an Iced Tea on top... they are out to get us folks. Breakfast is chaotic and u better do what you have to before 10am sharp... at 10:01 coffee machine is stoped and they start emptying the food trays. This is a real 4 star but nothing more.	7.5

Too long queues for the hotels (only 3 lifts) - maximum 4 people to each lift- during peak meal times, especially around breakfast time and not enough sun loungers to go around for all hotel guests wanting to use the pool. Also, during our one and only visit to the hotel Sky Bar (Aug 2009) we did not appreciate the loud overbearing choice of 'House Music' blaring in our ears as we watched the sunset over a quiet drink.	9

It was more like a 2 star hotel than a 5 star, and should have been about half the price it was. e.g. they don't let you check out until someone has gone to your room and checked the minibar - they charge you a big deposit for pool towels - basic plumbing not right, no u-bends on the wash hand basins, causing smelly bathrooms!	4.5

匿名中高年カップルルーマニア 2009年5月19日	i liked the staff reaction to our complaints on the room preparation for guests. as a couple, we asked for a large bed so that they had to join the two single beds. however, the next days, the staff paid the trouble to arrange the towles in two kissing birds and then a sweet little dog. very funny. poor chef, with little imagination. also, the pictures on the walls and the music in the restaurant were obsolete and quite depresing, like for 80 year old guests.	8

Terrible breakfast, I don't think I ever eat more nasty things at breakfast ever. Seems that even the accommodation is 4 stars (not five) -in my opinion, the breakfast was less than 2. Not because of the variety but for quality. Inner pool it’s free of charge but jacuzzi is 10 Leva/10min. One receptionist asked me why I pay such a less amount (7Lv) with the card.	6.5
