camerele sunt super curate, mancare din belsug,iar personalul este ireprosabil. mici mofturi ce nu iti afecteaza vacanta, dar totul este de 10+ |

nu ne-a placut - hotelul are maxim 3* renovarea completa a camerelor si sa-si trimita bucatarii pe la traininguri in Turcia pt ca mancarea a fost sub toate asteptarile...au multe lipsuri |

Nimic ... cel mai praf hotel. Au scris ca are 5* ???? mai mult de 3 * nu are !!!!! curatenie, calitate ... un hotel de nevizitat. Singurele hoteluri de 5* - admiral si kempinsky Demolati hotelul si construiti altul ... concediati personalul... Scolarizati si calificati oameni.... |

Pozitia hotelului si camerele mari Camerele au un foarte mare ecou, si se aude absolut fiecare sunet din camerele vecine. Aici ar trebui sa faceti ceva, si de asemenea personalul ar trebui mai atent ales!!! |

Amplasarea hotelului este excelenta - pe malul marii, oferind o priveliste superba si totodata, foarte aproape de zona centrala a statiunii Nisipurile de Aur.Camerele sunt deosebit de mari, la fel si baile sau balcoanele; holurile sunt primitoare, restaurantul luminos, Sky Bar, situat la ultimul etaj, permite si o privire panoramica a litoralului. Doua facilitati nu au fost la inaltime: piscina interioara, cu apa inconfortabil de rece si internetul pe baza de cartela - conexiuni complicate si mult prea lente.Ar mai fi de imbunatatit sistematizarea parcarii; practic, devine imposibil sa mai parasesti parkingul improvizat, odata ce alte masini au fost inghesuite fara nici un spatiu de manevra. |

Breakast was good, convenient for the beach and restaurants. Check in was very quick and courtious. Very difficult to find, there are no large or obvious signs at the hotel. The directions given by the link on the booking.com confirmation email were wildly wrong and take you 8km past the turning into Golden Sands. It took us an hour and a half of driving around to find the hotel. Check out was very slow - they had to send someone to physically check the mini bar before we could strt check out. |

The rooms were large, very clean and the view was spectacular. They cleaned up every day. Its close to the beach and very convenient. The staff barely understand english...it's a pain to get anything done. Don't even think of using the minibar; we had a chocholate bar and they charged us for a coke and an Iced Tea on top... they are out to get us folks. Breakfast is chaotic and u better do what you have to before 10am sharp... at 10:01 coffee machine is stoped and they start emptying the food trays. This is a real 4 star but nothing more. |

Good location with friendly staff and a lovely spacious room with a large balcony ovelooking the sea just made our holiday in Golden Sands. Too long queues for the hotels (only 3 lifts) - maximum 4 people to each lift- during peak meal times, especially around breakfast time and not enough sun loungers to go around for all hotel guests wanting to use the pool. Also, during our one and only visit to the hotel Sky Bar (Aug 2009) we did not appreciate the loud overbearing choice of 'House Music' blaring in our ears as we watched the sunset over a quiet drink. |

The staff were good, and it's a nice big hotel with good views at the front. It was more like a 2 star hotel than a 5 star, and should have been about half the price it was. e.g. they don't let you check out until someone has gone to your room and checked the minibar - they charge you a big deposit for pool towels - basic plumbing not right, no u-bends on the wash hand basins, causing smelly bathrooms! |

The towells surprises that we found everymorning. Nice people at the reception. Water leakage below bathtab; at checkout they first claimed we consumed some waffels and then they charged more for the whisky we did take from the minibar (12 bgn instd of 5). |

i liked the staff reaction to our complaints on the room preparation for guests. as a couple, we asked for a large bed so that they had to join the two single beds. however, the next days, the staff paid the trouble to arrange the towles in two kissing birds and then a sweet little dog. very funny. poor chef, with little imagination. also, the pictures on the walls and the music in the restaurant were obsolete and quite depresing, like for 80 year old guests. |
