Exceptionally clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Very helpful staff. Great facilities. Perfect location and the best hotel breakfast we have ever had - What more can I say?? We upgraded to the Superior 2 bed apartment which was larger than many people's houses with, possibly, the biggest balcony I have ever seen (although pricey by Bulgarian standards, it was great value for money compared to anywhere else in the EU). 1 minute's walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Sozopol old town.

No complaints at all, would recommend to anyone.

Upgraded to an apartment with 2 huge balconies and proper facilities for self catering. Wish we had been staying for longer. Fabulous location.

There was nothing to dislike.

Good location - just 100m to the beach (across the hotel garden and shopping street) and 10 minutes walk to the old town. Nice breakfast/dinner on the terrace just beside the swimming pool (breakfast selection is always the same, but the range of food is wide). Large outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds (free for guests) and sun umbrellas. We had spacious apartment with two balconys with pool view, bathroom with bathtub and small kitchen. Staff was very helpful and they did their best to help us with every issue. There were 2 persons preparing programme for children every day (activities during the day and disco in the evening - both very friendly and kind. Overall: nice hotel, good location, good food and definitely good value for money. I did not see any other hotel in sozopol providing the location just by the beach and within reach of the town center.

Soap, shampoo and shower gel should be refilled more often (it was not refill during our stay) - mainly by the sea, where you have to take a shower very often, 1/2 flacon per person is definitely not enough for the week.

Central location near the beach, spacious room. The kind's entertainment was verry good. Breakfast was excellent.

The smell in the bathroom. Very poor toiletries. No private beach.

We stayed in Martinez Aparthotel for a family holiday fortnight. We loved absolutely everything in the hotel. The reception staff works flawlessly. Special gratitude to the reception manager Stanimir Delchev who provided quick and exhaustive answers to all our questions even on the booking stage and have organised a change of standard apartment to superior sea view apartment without further reminders and extra payment. The two bedroom family apartment was really huge with spacious terrace and a small balcony, giving enough privacy for each member of a big family. The apartment was cleaned daily and the towels where changed each day too (nice thing - it's allowed to take hotel towels to the beach for a small deposit fee so you don't need to bring your own towels). Soundproof between the rooms is ok, maybe because of the apartment's size, but from outside you may suffer from loud music from numerous cafes and restaurants even with windows closed. I regarded that as a payment for the sea view. We took only breakfast and were completely happy with the contents and quality for the buffet. There were hot dishes like omelette, boiled and fried eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, toasts, porridge, also several types of cheese, vegetable starters, fresh vegetables and fruits, muesli, sweet table - so plenty to choose from. We also liked that the restaurant is equipped with baby chairs to greet little visitors. The beach is three minutes away from the hotel just across the pedestrian street along the sea side. Umbrella and chaise longue cost 6 levs each, but you may use your own umbrella or just towel behind the umbrellas lines. The sea was quite disturbed during our stay with quite a waves which was no problem or even fun for adults but wasn't good for the baby.

The only things to mention are: 1. This would be great to work on soundproof of the rooms and apartments facing the beach area because the advantage of the sea view is pretty much spoiled by the noise of the entertainment area. 2. There should be a shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom. 3. Baby chairs in the apartments and not only in the restaurant area will be very useful.

Our appartment was spacious and comfortable, apart from some safty issues and bathroom flooding. The staff was polite. The kind's entertainment was good. Breaksast was excellent. Central location near the beach (no private beach though) and all the entertainment and restaurants.

The bathroom was flooded every time when in use and there was water all over the place, as a result of which my 2-year-old daughter slipt and nearly broke her head. The balcony was far from safe for young children which is a big issue and the balcony doors didn't have any keys to lock to keep the children away from harm. There was an unpleasant smell of mould in the kids' club. There is no private beach. Generally children's safety is a big issue and needs improvement. Bottom line, too expensive for what's been offered.

Location and facilites

All-inclusive is a very bad sistem. I don't recomand it

A great holiday experience. This is the second time we have stayed at the Martinez and would go back again. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are brilliant. The kids club and staff are much better than last time and our children loved it.

El apartamento muy bien diseñado, al lado de la playa en una zona muy turística.Lo mejor para destacar el desayuno muy completo.Ideal para pasar una semana de vacaciones tanto en pareja como en familia.

No ha habido nada que no nos haya gustado.

Всё понравилось, и месторасположение отеля, и старый город, и кухня, и персонал, и территория. Планируем вернуться туда еще раз.

Был момент, когда мы увидели, что уборка в номере не совсем качественная, но урегулировали это недоразумение путем переговоров с уборщицей.

Харесаха ни готините аниматори! Хотела има излаз на най оживената улица, като в същото време основната част е отдалечена и изолирана от шума на заведенията. Комплекса е доста добре аранжиран с всички глезотии за плажуващите. Бихме отседнали там отново.

Почти няма какво да се подобри, но трябва да се има предвид че почти няма места за безплатно паркиране наоколо. Също чяст от стайте гледат еда в друга от доста близо което е леко некомфортно. В наща стая банятя събираше вода на пода. Свикнахме да внимаваме :)

Красивое здание, большой номер, хороший бассейн. Наличие собственной территории, анимация для детей. Массаж. Бар неплохой.

Не понравилась еда: Однообразный ассортимент, недожаренный омлет, несъедобная колбаса, Блины отвратительные ( либо пресные и сухие, либо невозможно сладкие) но всегда тесто без соли. Брали только завтраки. Пляж широкий, но много людей. За три недели море в этом месте не штормило три дня. На машине ездили на другие пляжи, где всегда нормальное море.

Удобное месторасположение отеля: близость пляжа, обилие ресторанов, палаток со всякими сувенирами. Очень приветливый персонал, команда аниматоров занимала детей и взрослых. Вкусная и разнообразная кухня в ресторане отеля. Идеальный отель для семей с детьми.

Возле бассейна часто не хватало мест на лежаках, да и время работы бассейна я бы продлил хотя бы до 19-00.

Чистый, уютный отель.Удачное расположение, все рядом море аптека,магазины почти напротив очень хороший ресторан где жарят свежих барашков и подают отличный телячий суп.Весьма приличный бассейн. Великолепная детская анимация. Особенно отмечу сотрудников на ресэпшене, такое впечатление, что они родились и выросли для того что бы исполнить любое желание отдыхающих.

однообразная кухня, не берите All, мы завтраками утомились. Плохой Wi-fi по просьбе дают модем и с ним все быстро. Бар никакой, бармен туповат видимо бывший охранник.

Хорошее расположение отеля относительно моря и самого города. Персонал был очень вежлив. Бассейн с удобным заходом для детишек, есть отдельная небольшая чаша для маленьких. Большие удобные номера как и показаны на сайте. отдыхали в станд.ап. с 1-й спальней. Детская анимация. с детьми постоянно занимались. есть детская комната с кучей игрушек. Не пожалели что взяли только завтрак, тк полно кафе в которых можно вкусно пообедать и поужинать. агнешка(барашек на вертеле) 18 левов = около 360 руб, но это целая тарелка мяса которую мы брали на двоих - очень вкусно. все остальное из еды получалось дешевле. овощной салат 4,8 левов. приносили большие порции.

завтраки - много всего, но вся колбаса на мой взгляд несъедобная, блины невкусные. Взрослая анимация тоскливая, больше подходит для пенсионеров. игра в бинго )) Повторяется через неделю. Если кондей не дует холодным воздухом, настаивайте на промывке-прочистке, тк любят говорить, что это так и должно быть. Случай был у друзей у нас на холод работал отлично.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в июле 2012. Остались очень довольны отдыхом. Мы бронировали двухкомнатные апартаменты – спальня + гостинная с кухней. Два санузла и два балкона. В отеле еще есть вариант номеров – студия, это однокомнатные, но тоже с кухней. Хотя в итоге, как оказалось, она нам была не нужна, хотя полный набор различной посуды и электрочайник, конечно же очень пригодились. По всему отелю работает бесплатный Wi-Fi, и даже не пляже есть сеть (на скайп вполне хватает) Уборка в номере ежедневная, смена постельного белья раз в неделю. Завтрак в отеле – каши, мюсли, фрукты, болгарское кисле мляко простое и с добавками, творог, различная выпечка, тосты, блинчики, омлеты, салаты, маринованные вкусности, бекон, сосиски, мясные рулеты, морепродукты, болгарская брынза несколько видов, зелень, овощи, блинчики, десерты и многое другое. Ребенка накормить завтраком вовсе не проблема – каши, «кисле мляко» , брынза, фрукты. В отеле работают детские аниматоры, целый день какие то игры и занятия для деток придумывают. Наш отель находится возле Хармани (из номера до пляжа – 200 шагов). Этот пляж частный, арендаторов у него несколько, как я поняла. Соответственно он поделен сектора. В каждом секторе своя цена на лежаки и зонтики. В центральном секторе, где мы и предпочитали отдыхать, цена 2 лежаков и зонтика – 25 левов в день (12,5 евро). Можно договориться за 20. Лежать на покрывалах на песке перед морем, перед лежаками – запрещено. За лежаками, в конце пляжа – пожалуйста. Зонтики стоят друг от друга на довольно приличном расстоянии Рядом, в боковых секторах, лежаки и зонтики можно брать отдельно – каждый по 3 лева. Лежать можно где угодно, и с лежаками, и без.

Недостатки: в отеле есть детская комната, но нам в нее попасть так и не удалось. В то время когда она для нас была актуальна (дневной перерыв между морем), она была закрыта.
