the location is quite convenient When we arrived we were informed that our booking is not valid anymore as the hotel was overbooked. After arguing with the receptionist and the manager we received one single room with a larger bed instead of one double room. The other thing I did not like was that we staid at 2nd floor and there was no elevator and it was a problem with the luggage. |

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms with a/c, well located between station and old city centre, 10 minutes walk away. Cold Buffet Breakfast, in keeping with the room rate, served in nice courtyard. One of the better hotels on your books. No lift but it did not inconvenience us as there are only 2 floors. |

Our room (double) was very large, with sofa & english TV. Good location - close to city centre. Staff friendly & helpful with good english. Would definately recommend this hotel for the price. The breakfast was a bit limited. But Bulgarian food isn't exactly up there with French & Italian as one of the world's great cuisines anyway. There was no elevator which wasn't a problem for us as there are only two stories. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished and the bathroom was VERY clean. Just a few minutes walk from the National Gallery and other sightseeings. The main problem was that there were no closets in the single rooms. |

Central location of the hotel and quite, clean room in same time.the staff are very good. There were a problem with the T.V antena, but it is not a big deal for me, and I didn't report it. The other facilities which they advertise e.g.sauna are available only for certain rooms. |

In central location, spacious rooms (the suite), helpful hotel staff, good value for money. The building (and the room) must have been recently renovated, as all walls, carpets, furniture, etc are very clean and new. poor breakfast, no elevator (however the hotel is just a 2-storey building, so it's really ok) |

The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. We also left something behind in our room accidently and they kept it for us for 3 weeks when we could return to collect it. Only 10 minute walk from station and 20 mins into city centre. Good continental breakfast. Restaurant was closed in evening by the time we arrived (10.30pm) so we had to go into the city centre for food. Not a big problem. |

Sorry to say but there is nothing I liked about the hotel itself. The receptionist when I arrived (in the evening) did not speak English, the hotel room was filthy, the carpet could not be touched, the hotel is located in the red light district and therefore felt that it was very dangerous. I had to leave the hotel the very next morning. |

Clean, smart-looking rooms. Walking distance to bus and train stations. Only rooms at 1st and 3rd floor have air conditioning (which is not individually adjustable). Many small defects in rooms. Very noisy street. No elevator. |
