A short walk from the central station, this convenient hotel offers relaxing accommodations in the midst of Sofia's cultural and administrative center.
Score from 288 reviews Excellent
It was great experience. I do live in Sofia but a small get together somewhere else but home is good.
This was my third stay in this hotel and it got even better (and cheaper at the same time). Breakfast has more options, huge construction site that I found right outside of hotel during my visit to Sofia last year is gone and a beautiful square is in it's place. They told me that there will be a new restaurant (Georgian cuisine) opening in a few days. I'm plainly giving it 11/10.
The location was very good! It is 15 minutes walk to the city centre and about 5 minutes to the central bus station.
I would like the cleaners come and tidy the room.
Nice location, near center.
They don't have hot water in hotel, they have lukewarm water..on reception desk explained to me that that is standard in that part of town (stupidity). Also they don't have central heating...they have it, but it not working. Last week, I was in this hotel, I planned to stay 2 nights, but I stayed only one night. I come in cold big room, with air condition, which need to heat room, and outside was below O degrees and snow. Whole night I tried to heat myself and I needed to listen to noise air condition. On reception explain to me that they had malfunction on central heating (they didn't mention that during my reservation), and not having other room to give it to me. Tomorrow I left hotel, and after discussion with receptionist, I paid only one night. I hope that in the future, they will salve that problem, and be more polite to their guests.
It was cold outside so I was happy I ho in hotel room. What I faces there:very col
Facility. No remote control for the tv
I had my wallet stolen earlier in my holiday, and had to cancel my credit cards. The hotel was very helpful in dealing with this matter. I also found the hotel to be of a very good standard for the price paid, very handy for the metro, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia.
There was no heating at all it was freezing in the room , the mini bar was empty
workers are nice here. And it is near super market and metroline. Very good choice.
Location is good. We stayed two nights. First night was good. Room (104) is quite well. We checked out and decided come back and stay one more night but we stayed at room 109.it was horrible
Friendly staff Location Sports channels in room to watch premier league
No food, Grubby/not looked after room, Bathroom stank Old decor No kettle etc
size of rooms great price and will use the place again
Breakfast not very hot some thing were cold
It was close to the centre and good value for its location.
View from balcony was over a building site. Restaurant only open for breakfast and that was not good. Food was cold and took too long to replenish. Staff seemed embarrassed by the lack of quality making us suspect that trading is not too good
Convenience to bus and trains
No llfs no refreshments in the room
Stayed two nights and it served it's purpose. Good location.
Room needs little upgrades.. used booking.com and seemed like we spent extra $40 because if needed extra bedforkids buttheroom already had two double beds.
Location was very good.
there was no luggage carrier so i had to hold my luggage to the second floor. The breakfast was very ordinary
We got a suite, it's super spacious, and there is even sauna in there, beds are big. There is a metro station just right outside the hotel. Staff was very helpful.
A bit far from centre for those who prefer to walk. Wifi is quite slow and unstable
Staff was very friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well. Bed was quite big and comfortable. Good parking in front of the hotel. Good location, it is near to the city center.
The construction work on the street was noisy, but not so disturbing and started relatively late (around 10AM) Small renovations should be made on the bathroom door :) (really not big issues)
This is a lovely place, we had a suite, with a jacuzzi and sauna!!! Staff are really helpful and it is a real good value for money place. There was work going on outside which will be about finished now, but it was no issue, but the staff still apologised!!!
poor condition of bed and other furniture No wifi in some rooms
First of all, the carpet was dirty. The ceiling got a hole. The window was not closed perfectly. Our room was junior suit but the extra bed was unstable for 2 person not to mention the rickety table and stink coming from the air conditioner. The most horrible things were mosquitoes. There were more than 5 mosquitoes stuck on the ceiling waiting to suck up our blood. So we had to let the lamps turned on during all the night of our stay in order not to be suked.
The room is o.k. quite big!
El ruido de la calle mucho tráfico día y noche. Too much noise!
Payment policy. Did not issue invoice even.
The receptionists were kind and helpful, the room was large and had a nice balcony that we couldn't take advantage of because of contruction works right outside the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked.
The title of "boutique hotel" is a little misleading for this rather soviet style hotel. The coffee at breakfast was particularly bad and the restaurant where it is held is pretty depressing. It's really just a place to sleep, but not to enjoy as a destination in itself.
-Location is very good -about 10 mins walking from the centre and next to tube station -Staff extremely kind and helpful
-Breakfast was terrible (very poor quality of food) -Double beds were quite uncomfortable -Third bed in Junior suite room was extremely uncomfortable (it was a sofa with no proper mattress) -Door shower in one of the rooms was broken -Sewage smell from the bathroom of one of the rooms
