The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. We also left something behind in our room accidently and they kept it for us for 3 weeks when we could return to collect it. Only 10 minute walk from station and 20 mins into city centre. Good continental breakfast. Restaurant was closed in evening by the time we arrived (10.30pm) so we had to go into the city centre for food. Not a big problem. |

Sorry to say but there is nothing I liked about the hotel itself. The receptionist when I arrived (in the evening) did not speak English, the hotel room was filthy, the carpet could not be touched, the hotel is located in the red light district and therefore felt that it was very dangerous. I had to leave the hotel the very next morning. |

Clean, smart-looking rooms. Walking distance to bus and train stations. Only rooms at 1st and 3rd floor have air conditioning (which is not individually adjustable). Many small defects in rooms. Very noisy street. No elevator. |

A bit of a mix up at the begining. We booked 4 dbl rooms but instead we got 2 bdl room apartments, but after we saw the huge apartments, we had nothing to complain about. Otherwise, great place, very good value for money, great services, friendly and helpful staff. Ask Milena from the reception about the traditional restaurant nearby(on kosloduy str). We highly recomend the hotel |

The double room was very spacious and clean with an area to sit on coach and watch tv. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and good size. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to city centre. My flight got cancelled and I was a day late but hotel did not charge me for this day. The hotel is very close to main cross roads so traffic noise is an issue at night. The area directly outside the hotel is not the best with Gypsies and prostitutes hanging around even though this didn't bother me and I wasn't hasselled. Sometimes the toilet didn't fill with water so had to do this myself. The drawers to store clothes was broken and I couldn't use this. |

Convenient location and helpful day staff. (Night porter had little/no English but was ok.) Large two room suite (for price of a room). Nice shower room attached When I phoned from uk on day of arrival to ask them to arrange airport pick-up no-one on reception spoke English. I finishe up paying 26 Euros for taxi that I later found out (from hotel reception staff the next day) should have been 10 euros max. No lift |
