The location is good. Close to the airport and not far from the city center. Check in/out was fast. People very professional & helpful. Service as free airport transfers are perfect and well organised. I have booked a standard room but was upgraded to a suite so really no complaints.

I had one of the best rooms in the hotel. Very luxurious. Although the fridge/minibar was not working.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, quick checkin and out, help with all queries, etc. All spoke good English. The room was spacious and very comfortable. They even gave complimentary drinks in the minibar. Excellent breakfast! Even gave me a packed breakfast without asking, as I had an early departure

no tea and coffee making facilities in the room (though I am sure they would have sent complimentary room-service) no box of tissues in the room

On my first visit to Bulgaria I wanted a nice: clean, safe, high quality hotel with professional staff who could speak English and who would help me with my business appointments. This hotel delivered all of this and more for the price of a Premier Inn. First class in every respect. They even pick you up from the airport for free, you don't get that in many places. The hotel is about a 20 minute cab ride from the city centre for around £3.50 at the time of my visit, in the city centre all the cab drivers knew where it was so no language issues after a night out in the city.

Uncomfortable pillows

Very friendly staff, very clean and good rooms, modern layout and a lot of light. Even considered the price I would highly recommend this hotel.

The prices of dinner was ok, but they charged me around 14 Levas for 1 bottle of water, which is even a lot in my country (Belgium).This is with all the extra's though... A local would never be able to pay for this hotel because the price standards have been put on a Western- European level.

I found the employee were very friendly and reliable.

We were given a junior suite with no extra charge because of the children. The room was super comfortable, nice view, extra large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Very warm rooms!

Bad breakfast. While there were many things to choose from their quality was not good and the coffee was terrible. The restaurant staff had limited knowledge of English making the communication quite "time-consuming". The tap water in the bathroom was not clear. The Wi-Fi signal was poor in the room.

Luxury accommodations, comfort, cleanliness, friendly/helpful/professional staff who were fairly proficient in English. Delightfully delicious in-house restaurant food w/ great ambiance and the best wait staff service on our entire trip to Bulgaria. Top notch all around experience, plus within ten minute drive to airport front door.

The only computer available to hotel guests was not working the one evening we were there, but that can happen anywhere.

location could be better but still fine, if you want an hotel near the airport. Has a shopping mall very nearby, which is excellent.

Que no entrara el desayuno

Aankomst in het hotel was om half één 's nachts. We werden door het hotel van het vliegveld opgehaald. (Gratis service) kamer was goed en ruim, ontbijt was in één woord "super". Van verdere faciliteiten in het hotel heb ik geen gebruik kunnen maken, omdat we de volgende ochtend weer vertrokken.

Toen we in de bar nog een slaapmutsje wilden nemen, werden we gelijk op nogal barse toon door de barman verwittigd, dat de bar maar tot één uur geopend was.
