Good advices from staff Location: surroundings of suburbs, but close to the exhibition centre, i.e. 15 minutes walk (OK because weather was fair..!) |

Excellent hotel and service. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the restaurant is vey nice. A good choice specially for business. Airport shuttle service works very well. It is not in the center of Sofia, but close to the airport. It is not a problem if you hire a car. |

moderne Eimnrichtung von Hotel und Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliches Personal, Airportshuttle, Nähe zum Flughafen Lüftung/Aircondition im Zimmer konnrte nicht ausgeschalten werden, hat auch in der Nacht geblasen. |

Het personeel was erg vrienelijk. Voordat we in het hotel verbleven hebben we veel email contact gehad over allerlei praktische zaken voor onze verdere vakantie. Het personeel heeft ons hierbij erg goed geholpen. |

Omwille van een waterlek was er gedurende verscheidene uren geen water beschikbaar . Het hotel deed niets en wachtte maar af tot het hersteld werd. Ik heb zelf enkele flessen water besteld welke zonder problemen werden gebracht. |
