Verblijf was comfortabel, maar betaalbaar. 's Ochtends vanuit hotel eigen busje voor vervoer naar vliegveld. Buffet diner was zwaar onder de maat. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel aan de receptie die onmiddellijk voorstellen deed om onze huurwagen terug te brengen naar de luchthaven en vervoer naar de luchthaven te arrangeren voor de volgende dag |

Het personeel was erg vrienelijk. Voordat we in het hotel verbleven hebben we veel email contact gehad over allerlei praktische zaken voor onze verdere vakantie. Het personeel heeft ons hierbij erg goed geholpen. |

Omwille van een waterlek was er gedurende verscheidene uren geen water beschikbaar . Het hotel deed niets en wachtte maar af tot het hersteld werd. Ik heb zelf enkele flessen water besteld welke zonder problemen werden gebracht. |

Very nice hotel, but we could not get any vegetarian food to eat in the main restaurant, had good meal in the bar. |

Reception staff was so nice and kind.Room was clean and modern.all young staffs are very good! 1st night,we had good service and nice meal,but 2nd night,staff had chenged and they were not professtional and buffet was not good. |

Despite the fact that the restaurant was closed for refurbishmnet, we had an excellent meal in the bar - The chef's standards were being kept up. The staff are very efficient, relaxed and friendly. To catch a flight, we had to check out in the early hours and, to our surprise, we were given a breakfast bag containing fruit, a yoghurt drink, a sandwich and both Nuttella and jam in little glass pots - very welcome! The hotel entrance is a a little difficult to find when arriving by car. Especially from the south (Plovdiv direction). But, on request, the sales manager sent us a sketch map which was perfect. |

quiet, comfortable room, bathroom is very nice but the shower left a bit of splash. the restaurant was beeng renovated so i did not want to eat there. there aren't many choices within walking distance |

Close to the airport + the hotel provide complementary shuttle to the airport. Staff is slow but helpful and all speak good English. Hotels is new and very clean. It is decorated in contemporary style. Has several convenient stores less that 100 feet. The price I paid was 70 Euro. If you do not book in advance at the hotel the price will double. So plan in advance and book through the Web. The restaurant was still in construction and there is no fine dining around. But the hotel made the lobby bar a nice bbq so there was plenty of good food and drinks. |

Very convenient for airport, and only a short (10 leva) taxi drive from centre of Sofia. Staff spoke good English, and the standard of accomodation and service was extremely high. We stayed an additional night. |

great room, lovely breakfast, very helpful staff, free shuttle bus to airport, very close to airport. we drove to the hotel from out of town. It was impossible to reach the hotel, even though we were outside it, due to totally impractical road system. There were no signs directing you to the right roads to take. after one hour of driving around we drove to the airport and had to get the hire car company to collect us and drive us to the hotel. Very frustrating with a 10-month old baby in the back - after a 3 hr journey!! |

The hotel is just beautiful! Very stylish, modern, yet elegant. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I was heaving trouble calling my mother in the US from my hotel room, so they dialed the number and accepted the charges, so I could wish my mom happy birthday! Unbelievable! The room was large and very comfortable. Nice TV, lots of channels, king-size bed, beautiful modern furniture. Wireless Internet was free, which is a HUGE plus. And the stuff in the minibar was complementary! Complementary!!! Now, this is a hotel whose management is actually interested in providing a pleasant and comfortable stay for its guests, unlike other places where they just try to milk you for every penny. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was, predictably, delicious. A fantastic hotel! Nope. Loved everything. |
