Best location right near the sea and the Balchik marina. Most rooms have front sea view. Wonderful terraces and atmosphere. Very romantic place. Relatively close to the Palace. To improve access to the hotel by car. Not enough parking places. A little bit noisy from the waterfront terraces. |

Its location and decor were what impressed most about the Mistral. No room service option and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

Nice staff, very good food, beautiful view, very good location, you can reach easily Queen Maria Castle by walking along the sea side. The towels was clean and white and was change every day. The cabin shower was not very good installed, when you where taking a shower water was leaking near the cabin doors. |

The room was very nice and romantic, clean and comfortable, and with a fabulous view. Even though we could not see a typical sea sunrise because the sun was always rising from behind a small mountain, the see view and the sunsets were extraordinary. The city and the hotel souroundings were very queit, paceful and relaxing. We enjoyed very much having every breakfast, lunch and diner practicaly on the sea, all the restaurants being placed on the shores. The hotel location is great, very close to the sunbeach, Quin Mary Castle and Botanical Garden. The room had internet socket (not wireless) so don't forget to bring a cable with you if you want internet acces. You have free acces to the hotel beach, with your parking permit. The bathroom needs a proper cleaning, the shower cabin was very dirty and full of black mould, the shower drain was clogged so the water level was rising and going "over board" every time you were taking a shower; we asked at the reception to fix the drain but our request was completely ingnored; the TV was unusable, no international channles, only one channel was watchable, and this one was in bulgarian also; a proper parking space is absolutely necesar. Neither the hotel and the restaurant are definitely not a 4 star. The breakfast was very pour, and the fresh juice was at least one day old. |

A beatifull area ,you try to be a four stars They loose my passsport one day I think the front desk girl take the passport and ...some guy cross the boerder ue ...I dont like ,I haven,t recept for nothing i,ts the same in ro and bg black money I have to pay cash |

helpful and polite staff; quality of the rooms and situation of the hotel on the waterfront. The restaurant was very good as well. during the afternoon there was a shortage of hot water but this was ok in the morning and the evening. |

The hotel was ideally located in the best part of Balchik. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals we had there were very good. Breakfast could be taken at the water's edge and was very good - particularly on two of the days we were there when the hotel was quiet and the food was cooked freshly for us (instead of usual buffet) I would certainly stay here again and fully intend to do so in the not too distant future. |

The hotel has an excellent location, the rooms are large, clean and confortable and the seaview is great. We would definitely go back. Breakfast was poor but the waiters tried to compensate that by being extremely nice |

The room was very nice and clean.The Hotel is just a few meters away from the sea shore.I liked the trip with the yacht rented from the hotel. The shower cabin was leaking.The breakfast was rather poor. |

Location - close to the sea. Comfortable room. If you have room with sea view, it is really delightful, especially in the morning, at sunrise. It is quite close to the Dvoretsa (Palatul Reginei Maria a Romaniei), a walk of 15-20 min. on the sea shore. When I paid by card at the restaurant, the PoS device did not work correctly, and the next day the transaction (and the money) were recorded 4 times in my account statement, although I had only one ticket printed. Another issue (but this is just bad luck, let's say) was the terrible and permanent noise from the air-conditioning pipes. |

excelenta locatie, foarte aproape de resedinta Reginei Maria. Toate inscrisurile din catel sunt si in lb romana, f multi turisti romani de calitate :) din pacate confirm review-urile anterioare - prosoapele vechi, ingalbenite si patate contrastau f tare cu atmosfera romantica a camerei. Pentru micul dejun trebuia pandit chelnerul, la fiece 15 min mai umplea platourile si, dupa bunu-i plac aducea sau nu cani pt cafea. |

Amplasarea hotelului este super. In viziunea mea nu este un hotel de 4 stele ci de 2. Micul dejun a fost practic inexistent, uniformele angajatilor arata ca si cum nu ar fi fost spalate niciodata, se aude tot prin pereti atat de la restaurant cat si din celelalte camere, instalatiile sanitare nu functionaeaza cum trebuie, aparatul de aer conditionat nu a functionat. |

Nu ne-am simtit in nici un fel agresati de pozitia hotelului sau de zgomote venite de la restaurantele din zona. Ambianta placuta, peisaj marin interesant, relativa liniste si (nota bene!) nu am fost in nici un fel deranjati de personalul hotelului. Extinderea parcarii pentru autoturismele vizitatorilor. Diversificarea preparatelor la micul dejun. Oferta a fost cam monotona pe durata celor cinci zile cat am fost oaspetii hotelului. Informatiile pe care le-am avut in momentul rezarvarii (inclusiv de pe bloguri romanesti) s-au dovedit a fi corecte. La o viitoare vizita in Bulgaria vom lua foarte in serios posiblitatea de a reveni la Mistral. |

Am fost 8 persoane (3 camere) si toti am fost incantati de hotelul acesta. Personalul hotelului fara nici-o deosebire este foarte amabil, generos in a oferi servicii de calitate. Este foarte curat in camere cat si in celelalte spatii comune. Cu toate ca atunci cand am facut rezervarea citisem comentarii critice despre micul dejun, am avut surpriza sa gasim o situatie cu totul diferita: bufetul suedez servit la micul dejun a fost bine organizat: cafea, sucuri, diverse preparate din carne, oua, lactate, cereale, fructe. Deci, atat cantitativ cat si calitativ, micul dejun a fost foarte bun pentru pretul platit de noi. Localizarea hotelului chiar pe malul marii, iti ofera clipe de relaxare si pentru plimbari in zona litorala sau la Castel. |

Un hotel mai degraba de 3 stele decat de 4 stele, dar confortabil. Este cu vedere la mare, dar nu pe plaja. Am stat 4 zile si in tot acest interval am avut acelasi chelner despre care am numai vorbe de lauda. Si nu numai despre el, atitudinea lor in general a fost una de apreciat. O locatie mai degraba pentru familie si relaxare. |
