The view to the yacht club was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. The breakfast could improve. I have left in the bathroom some swimming equipment, called them, wrote them emails but no responce. |

The hotel & room design. The Francis Drake restaurant was pretty excellent, with fine waiters. Extremely poor breakfast everyday the same selection of eggs. No continental breakfast, nor a wider selection. The parking was small and the staff did not inquiry us about actually having a car when checking- in. We found out about the parking facility by purely chance. |

Splendid view, restaurant with great cooking in the hotel,comfort and a selection of fine decorations not specific to a seaside touristic resort that really makes you enjoy your stay. Only one thing over my stay...the water in the shower cabin was going down in more places than it should which irritated me because they sure knew about it-the cap from the floor drain was carefully taken off so the water that was poring from the shower cabin can freely flow... But it could not ruin my good impression. One more thing you can`t pay with credit card. |

The room was very confortable; the balcony and the view were very nice; very well situated no service that could make it hotel: no room service, it was forbidden to have breakfast in the room was impossible without the doctor letter!!, breakfast menu was not available and all was depending on the good mood of the waiter |

The hotel was beautiful and very clean and very close to everything. The fish restaurant was very tasty also! The receptionist was always very pleasant and very helpful. We would have loved if they had a kettle in the room as they tended not to boil their water. Every time we had a shower the water went all over the floor and remained like that for most of the day, the only way we could half dry it up was by putting the towels on the ground and squeeze the excess water down the sink. |

room overlooking the harbour. Pet friendly. no kettle in room for early morning coffee.having to get washed/dressed etc, then go somewhere for a cup is a real pain. No pool or agreement with neighbouring hotel to use their pool. :Leaking air conditioning unit above bed. |

room size, location, close to anything worth checking out tiny private parking space, the entire area is very busy and parking places are not easy to find, very poor breakfast (almost no selection at all), all the noises from the terraces and restaurants outside could be easily heard inside the room due to poor window isolation but luckily Balchik is a quiet town so this didn't eventually turn into a nightmare |

rooms were OK. Panorama is very beautiful from the rooms with see view. I did not like breakfast. Was very poor for a four stars hotel.Tables were not very clean and also the dishes. |
