Hotelul are conditii deosebite de confort.Personalul este mereu atent si la dispozitia turistilor.Raport pret/calitate excelent.O experienta incantatoare! |

The hotel was at the city center. It had a modern and warm design. The hospitality and the kindness of the hotel staff was incredible. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend. |

The room was very comfortable, in the 5th floor with a big terrace. The personal staff were very kind and very helpfull at any time. Brekfast Ok. They also let me late check out. Just to say something, when I arrive all the money change offices were closed. In the front desk they couldn't give change of 20 euros in local currency. Is not a big thing, but I needed some money to move arround the city. The rest of stat was just perfect. |

Wonderful views on the park and Black Sea; modern and spacious room; very friendly staff. Noisy old buses with stops near the hotel. |

Location, nice room. Decent breakfast for small hotel. Staff nice if a bit over the top. It's a bit small, but I didn't mind really because the room was nice |

very modern and clean - great location - felt welcomed and at home would have liked wireless internet in room rather than cable. It was in lobby and restaurant though. Air conditioning didnt seem to be easy to adjust |

yemek yemek için otel dışına çıktım. geri geldiğimde odamın düzeltilmiş olduğunu gördüm. ve çok hoşuma gitti. gerçekten özel hissettirdi. |

die einrichtung is tast neu. betten sind sehr gut. ab 10/11h abends kein zimmerservice. klima funktioniert ncht oder ist falsch eingestellt, kühlschrank ebenso. sauna ist nur für 1 zimmer blockiert.. (andere müssen warten) menuekarte beschränkt und teuer. habe fischvergiftung gehabt, nach konsumation von (abgelaufenen lachs am frühstückstisch) etc. |

Hotel neuf dont la décoration est très tendance et de bon goût. Accueil chaleureux. Très bel emplacement face à la mer et près du centre ville, accès à pied très aisé. Accès wi-fi gratuit dans la chambre. |

tutto.... personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Praticamente in centro, basta salire una scalinata e ci si trova nella piazza della porta a mare. Ogni dettaglio e' stato studiato e messo nel posrto giusto, Al primo piano si sentivano un po' troppi rumori dalla starada, ma non crea particolari problemi, la via non e' molto trafficata la notte. |

L'accueil, le personnel, la qualité des chambres, les petits déjeuners. Le professionnalisme. Le sauna. L'emplacement de l'hôtel . Le calme (chambre a l'arrière de l'hôtel - Les chambres en façades paraissent plus bruyantes, demandez "a rear room"). |
