Day time staff were great. Hotel was reasonably central. 15 mintues walk to the Town Squre and 15 minutes walk in ski boots to the gondola. Rooms are basic but very clean and cosy. Night staff were sleepy and grumpy people who have an allergy to smiling on conversing. Shower hoses in the bath rooms are too short and keep breaking. Dont bother getting up for breakfast. Very basic and it was served cold. |

Quiet and comfortable hotel The garage which is actually the basement of the hotel has no lift connection to the rooms and the luggages have to be lifted and transported accross multiple stairs.The quality of the breakfast is very poor. The street around the hotel are in very bad condition. On the site it is mentioned that the hotel is close to the gondola but this is not true, it is approximately 1km away. |

the studio was cosy and warm, the staff was polite and there is a ski bus every 30 min breakfast was poor and dinner was served individually, no buffet! |

The apartment was very comfortable, reception staff was very helpful. Ski area & facilities were excellent: ski slopes very good, cable facilities very good. The shuttle bus was late almost every day in the afternoon. One day we waited 45 min (instead of 15 min. according to the schedule) and we took a taxi, and another day we stayed 30 min and again we took a taxi (but this time hotel paid the taxi, which we consider that was profesional). Breakfast was good, but same food every day (boring) |

Rooms are very spaceious and comfortable.Cleaned every day. No plates,pots or pans are provided so the mirco wave and hob was not alot of use. |

cheapish, some staff were friendly, size of apartment was Ok. it has some potential pretty poor and cheap looking finish for 4* hotel, although still new it has a feel of neglect. apartments aren't very well laid out with an empty spartan feel to them, no decoration of any sort. bathroom was leaking, missing light bulbs, cleaner turned up at 4pm. |

Nothing!! There was no heating in our room, the shower did not hold a constant temperature so could not be used. The 'spa' and pool were closed as was the resteraunt. The breakfast that was served was a complete health hazard with cold fried eggs and a green boiled egg??? We checked out after 1 awful night. |

It was cheap! Room was large, hotel does have potential but I think we were the only guests so most facilities weren't available. The main heatin was off, instead we had a couple of electric heaters which were not adequate. Was very cold in the room, even using all available blankets. The shower was also only luke warm at best. |

Good value We travelled out of the ski season so it was expected to be quiet in the hotel however it was almost closed - I had to ask at reception each time i wanted to use the pool / spa facility. Water for the shower was cold at 7;30am not acceptable. Only one member of staff spoke English which made asking questions difficult especially when we wanted to leave at 8:00am and couldn't pay the bill! |
