Mountain Residence 1 has an excellent central location, equally close to the gondola and the centre of Bansko. Clean and tidy asphalt road will lead you easily to the complex.

This is a great base from which to explore this scenic area while hiking or biking or for a superb ski holiday, using the impressive facilities of this marvellous resort at the foothills of the Pirin mountains. The nicely furnished one- and 2-bedroom apartments provide for a peaceful night's rest and feature a fully-equipped kitchenette. Many of them have a fireplace and a terrace. The great spa facilities contribute to a stay of ultimate comfort.

A shuttle bus from Mountain Residence 1 to the lift is available at a very reasonable rate.

The hotel consists of 71 apartments, 49 one-bedroom apartments, 21 2-bedroom apartments and 1 3-bedroom apartment. Many of the apartments have a fireplace and a balcony and separate bedrooms for more comfort and a sense of individuality.

You can enjoy a warm, nice atmosphere next to the lobby fire place, while having a hot drink from the lobby bar nearby. The outdoor area consists of large green areas, a children’s playground, a beautiful barbecue place and a common area for relaxing outdoors. 2 main entrances to the hotel have a north and south orientation.

Mountain Residence 1 is a self-catering apartment hotel operating on an accommodation-only basis. However, we do offer hot and cold drinks at our comfortable lobby bar on the ground floor. We can also provide a breakfast package upon request. All apartments have fully-equipped kitchens combined with a dining space. The hotel is close to the centre, there are many restaurants nearby. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden.

Rominformasjon

All apartments are furnished to high standards, have a bathroom, separate bedrooms, a spacious living room and dining space. Many of the apartments encompass a fireplace, they have a terrace and separate bedrooms for pleasant stays for either one person or a whole family. You can also see many decorative wooden features, such as intricate designs on the terraces, hanging wooden lanterns, and wooden panelled ceilings in some of the top floor apartments. To facilitate your food choice, we have a fully-equipped kitchenette. The multichannel TV set is also there for your entertaining. The main rooms have laminated parquet and painted/latex walls, corridors and kitchen boxes are with terracotta, window panes are PVC. All apartments have their own water heaters and radiators.

Bansko ski resort is situated in South-western Bulgaria, and is only 160km from Sofia. Situated in the foothills of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains - Pirin, which is a national preserve and is included in the World Natural Heritage list.

The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The Pirin mountain is predominantly Alpine in character with three peaks towering above 2900 metres. However the slopes offer runs and tracks for all levels of skiers, novice through to expert.

The town itself attracts visitors all year round with its cultural monuments, museums, nightlife and restaurants.

At the room i stayed (5D) i was very satisfied.Everything were new it was very warm with units of electric heating.Warm water and king size bed.

No restaurant, and charging of the bus to gondola 4lv per person go-back

Reasonably priced accomodation for a small family.

Very poor TV reception. Also the hot water tank has an overflow pipe that deliberately runs the water onto the bathroom floor. Easy to slip and injure yourself if this is not noticed or if you enter the bathroon during the night.

location

heating of living room was inadequate, although a log fireplace exists this is not convenient for a short visit and no logs were available, a small convector heater was in the room but not powerful enough for a room this size. Also the hot water supply was insufficient, there was not enough for 2 showers and this apartment can accommodate up to six people.

The room was great, much better than I expected from the photos that I saw on your site and the night staff that welcomed us on Friday when we arrived were great.

It wasnt the best that for breakfast and a coffee we had to go to a nearby hotel as there are no such facilities available. One other thing was that when I made the booking I asked for parking as I was going to drive to Bansko. I was given a price and was told that availability is looked at on arrival. I was happy to pay for it in advance to reserve a spot but was not an option. When I got there, there were no free car spots and I had to park on the street. I think that if there was one reason why I'd reconsider going back to the same hotel it would be because they cant guarantee the safety of my car....especially when I'm happy to pre-book and pay in advance for the service.

η άνεση των χώρων, η δυνατότητα που προσφέρει για ΄μακρά διαμονή με πλήρως εξοπλισμενη κουζίνα πολυ όμορφους καθαρούς και χρηστικούς χώρους καθώς και οι κοινοχρηστοι χώροι που ενδεικνυνται για παρέες και οικογενειες μα παιδια καθως διαθέτουν χώρο μπαρμπεκιου και παιδική χαρά.

ίσως θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε η δυνατότητα παροχής πρωϊνού στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου.

Η θέρμανση ήταν ανεπαρκέστατη για τους χώρους.Επίσης,υπήρξε φασαρία απο τους άνωθεν,απο τις 1.10-3.35,τα ξημερώματα και δεν υπήρχε τηλ. για να ειδοποιήσουμε τη reception,για να παρέμβει.
