Aparthotel Winslow Highland is a member of the apartment hotel chain Winslow Residences. It is only 77 yards from the main gondola station in Bansko. The apartment-style hotel is just off the main Pirin Street and close to pubs and other entertainment. You can choose from over 60 nicely furnished apartments in the compact, cozy building designed to keep the temperatures high during the cold winter months. The exterior and interior add to the wintertime's fairytale atmosphere. The Winslow Highland features a swimming pool and a spa center. There is also a children's playroom for the little ones. Our stay was very pleasant and trouble free from the moment we arrived. Our apartment was very spacious and clean. All the hotel areas were well maintained and kept in an as new state. Access to the internet was easy through the PC located in reception. On our leaving a security guard was very helpful liasing with our taxi company on the phone and waiting with us until it arrived at 7.00 a.m.

The location near the gondola station Embarassing that I had to anonce reception that a shower cabin door was missing. It was fixed the second day. Also embarrassing that for the reservation I was charged 277,58 euro when the booking was made for 272 euro. Please keep in mind that the bgn/eur exchange rate is fixed.

Good basic, clean accommodation for reasonable budget price and within easy reach of Gondola station (300-400m, not the advertised 70m). Easy walk into town centre and pubs/ restaurants. Liked it and would recommend it. Main comment about Aparthotel Winslow Highland was lack of directions to find the place. Arrived in Bansko okay, but took an hour to find the Winslow. Tips for future bookings; 1. Map of location and where facilities found, i.e. an info pack would have helped. 2. A few more cooking utensils and cups / glasses please

Location was great. The double bed was two single beds next to each other with two small singles duvets! The door of the shower cabin was missing and all the water end up outside.

Situated near the lift Nice spa, sauna and swimmingpool area Clean and ok value for money We arrived late in the evening and was welcomed by a security guard, who acted very politely, but he did not speak english, and he was not familiar with the procedures of checking in. There was some confusion about payment. I ordered two rooms and gave the info. of my creditcard for that. In my confirmation mail it was said that the mony would be withdrawn on the day of reservation, but when we checked out i was told that the roome were not paied. Later on this was changed so taht one room was paied, but i had to pay for the second room. Then i could not use my credit card because of a breakdown in the hotel payment system, and i had to pay in cash, without knowing how much mony had been withdrawn from my creditcard. Either you should withdraw the whole payment or you should not withdraw any thing in advance.

Our flight to Sofia was diverted because of heavy snow fall and so didn't get to the hotel until gone 12:45pm. A member of staff was waiting for us to arrive and was very helpful. He showed us to a very spacious apartment tha was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

1.Great location: 3min walk to Gondola. 2.Parking space. 3.Friendly staff at the reception. The massage therapist is a very kind and professional guy. 4.Clean, warm and spacious studio. 5.Great value for money. 1.No elevator, but few steps between floors. Not a problem for young or middle-agged people.

1.when I arrived at the hotel , was only one person at the reception didn't know English 2.the booking was done 4 days before and when I reached the hotel room was very cold (I was with young children) and the first two days was terrible, anyone not interested in the situation, and telephone number of the reception was closed 3.the pool of the hotel was not workable 4.very cold in room near windows 5.i advise you to choose another hotel

The rooms are very large and clean. The hotel is in a quiet area, very close to the ski slopes and on the road to bansko heights. The hotel staff asked us to pay a guarantee or to leave him our ID's , this was very innapropriate and weird, considering the fact that they had my credit card number from the moment when booked the hotel. We couldn't travel in the area without our ID's so we had no choice but to pay the rooms in advance. They don't clean the room everyday and there was no refill of soap and toilet paper , the remote control didn't have any battery. Anyway there are small details, overall we enjoyed our staying to this hotel.

The apartment was very large and clean. We could not leave on time because the receptionist was not present according the working hours of the reception (8-18). We could not pay using a credit card because the receptionist was not able to use the pos.

The apartment was very spacious and quite comfortable. Cleaning could have been better and the hotel needs to get onto simple maintenance problems like a very loose basin tap and no working sockets in the twin bedroom. Why do so many hotels have the bedroom mirror so far away from the socket - women need to do their hair!!!!
