Aparthotel Winslow Highland  

La description de l'hotel est juste . Très près des cabines téléskis. Chauffage individuel. Silencieux.

Le perssonel ne parle pas l'anglais. Quelque fois les gens descende l'escalier chausser de leur bottes de skis

No way! Don't stay at this hotel!!! We have made reservation for three adults and it was confirmed in written that there will be additional bed in the room...and we have come to Bansko by car very late in the evening (we have passed more than 1000 km!!!) but there were no ready anything for the third person!!! No towel, no pillow, no blanket, no bed...nothing!!!! There were just a sofa in the room but it was impossible to spread it out! As a manager have said: "We are aparthotel, but not the hotel. We shouldn't prepare it for you in advance! And we don't have extra beds at all. Just rollway sofas" ....Unfortunately, I can't sleep on it because of helth problems... It was promissed fully equipped kitchen....you will have just 1 pan, 2 cups, 2 plates. That's all! No elevator...no constant or automatic light in stairwell - if you passed by one floor you have to go to other corner and switch it on again and again and again...So, nobody is responsible for their words...If the management (reservations) promises smth it should be done. There are different ways to resolve the problem with the guests - free upgrade, compliment (free breakfasts or swimming-poll, ect.) But the responsible person (a man, I don't remember his name) even haven't come to the hotel next day...even haven't tried to help the guests personally...SHAME On you! The receptionists have to do your job!!! We left next day from Winslow and have found an excellet Pirin River Hotel!

We arrived late in the evening and was welcomed by a security guard, who acted very politely, but he did not speak english, and he was not familiar with the procedures of checking in. There was some confusion about payment. I ordered two rooms and gave the info. of my creditcard for that. In my confirmation mail it was said that the mony would be withdrawn on the day of reservation, but when we checked out i was told that the roome were not paied. Later on this was changed so taht one room was paied, but i had to pay for the second room. Then i could not use my credit card because of a breakdown in the hotel payment system, and i had to pay in cash, without knowing how much mony had been withdrawn from my creditcard. Either you should withdraw the whole payment or you should not withdraw any thing in advance.

There is no lift,which makes very difficult to carry your luggage and go up 5 floors.

The Hotel was very close to the ski lift and to the village. Very convenient location.

We stayed in Winslow for a week and they never cleaned the room or changed the sheets. In the shower the drain was blocked. Generally, the room was too dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable and the couch was broken.

double bed actually had 2 single mattresses put together that would slide very easily away from each other; no buffet breakfast

I like the location,near the Gondola,it is also near the shopping area,on the main street in Bansko.The staff was friendly.

Location was great.

The double bed was two single beds next to each other with two small singles duvets! The door of the shower cabin was missing and all the water end up outside.

Our flight to Sofia was diverted because of heavy snow fall and so didn't get to the hotel until gone 12:45pm. A member of staff was waiting for us to arrive and was very helpful. He showed us to a very spacious apartment tha was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Location. Near to Gondola. Big appartements. Good heating. Undergraund parking. Private ski deposit. Nice staff. Good swimingpool.

Everything was excelant,

1.when I arrived at the hotel , was only one person at the reception didn't know English 2.the booking was done 4 days before and when I reached the hotel room was very cold (I was with young children) and the first two days was terrible, anyone not interested in the situation, and telephone number of the reception was closed 3.the pool of the hotel was not workable 4.very cold in room near windows 5.i advise you to choose another hotel
