Low rate, decent accommodation, good size studio, good view, good location. Plumbing worked well, lots of hot water from is-suite electric water heater, plenty of electric space heaters. very quiet!...... It was ok for us to use as a place to stay. There are plenty of spa facilities in near-by hotels you can utilize at reasonable rates or you can go all the way up to 150 euro per treatment...

When we arrived the security man at the desk was very surprised we had a reservation. After he called the boss in Bulgarian we got our room. The hotel was on summer rate although there is no mentioning in the listing. No spa, no pool, no massage, no room service, no bedding change. The listing has a three star rating and the sign at the door has a two star rating ( !?? ).

The hotel is a actually an apartment complex. managed by some company. Looks new, despite the poor quality it still smells nice.

You have to pay extra for any additional facilities: 7 EUR for access to the pool, 5 EUR for the covered parking (street is free), 5 EUR even for the baby cot! It is about 200 m from the gondola station, which is ok. The staircase are not covered with carpet of rubber, so when all skiers go to the slopes, usually early in the morning, they put theirs shoes in the rooms, and it makes really, really loud noise for anybody else sleeping. There is not a single tower hanger in the bathrooms

Ideal location to the gondola, and all main bar's, restaurants and shops.

They could of changed bedding and towels more often however they did exchange everytime I asked.

Classic case of the "you get what you pay for", rule! Not the best , not the worst perfect if you just want to ski!

Cleaning crew needed!!!! And the lack of breakfast is a big minus.

The swimming pool, spa area including jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised as to how new and well maintained they were and for a very fair price to use per day. The use of the gym was also included when paying for the usage of the spa and was quite nice. We (myself and three friends) stayed in a one bedroom apartment and thought that it was very nice, was a fair price and was situated in a perfect location; about 1 minute walk to the gondala.

Hotel staff could have been a bit more friendlier, and we didnt have any saucepans when we arrived, took a bit of talking with hotel staff to eventually get hold of some saucepans.

I liked the location and spacious apartments.

Bathroom could be more clean.

Modern, clean & cheap, great location to be based in for the slopes of Bansko and the town centre. Less than 5 mins to Gondola. Spacious accomadation for 4 people in a two bed appartment. Hotel staff very friendly. Brilliant appartment for skiiers on a budget who also want a good quality accomodation.

Having to pay 14 lev for use of spa/pool. The hot water supply to the shower ran out quickly. Not ideal after a hard days skiing!

I like the rooms size, the position of the Hotel and the SPA - excellent SPA support (gym trainer, massage, pool, sauna etc. Good reactivity of staff for our demands. Near of gondola. Rooms heating: perfect

Difficult underground parking access because of steep descent.
