Hotel Old Times  

The staff were helpfull. The location just off centre was fine for us. On the whole a good basic small hotel with quite a nice little courtyard for eating.

There is no lift.

We liked Hotel Old Times for it's style, good personal, tasty food. Everything was wonderfull. Also we liked the town. Thank you very much!

Good location, clean, good services, nice room, great panorama.

They speak only bulgarian. No english speaker.

Accueil chaleureux; excellent repas le soir (bien que théoriquement, la cuisine était déjà fermé, on l'a gardée ouverte pour nous !) Petit déjeuner somptueux et joliment présenté, servi à l'heure souhaitée (8 h !) Chambre meublée avec beaucoup de goût; lits confortables. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la montagne - c'était splendide malgré la pluie. A cause du mauvais temps, nous n'avons pas pu visiter la forteresse, mais cet hôtel à lui tout seul valait le détour.

Service, vriendelijkheid, goed werkende airco,gezellig,typisch Balkan. Prima bed, zeer ruime kamer.

Douche in de de jacussi, die lekte.Een aparte douche is op de Balkan een uitzondering.Het enige zeer kleine wastafeltje was meer geschikt voor een toilet.Over de badkamer is niet echt goed nagedacht.

Обзавеждането в банята. Липсата на паркинг.

The staff was very friendly, the room clean keeping in account the country standards and the restaurant serves good food for good prices, maybe not very experienced with breakfast, but it's a general situation around. The hotel is just 200m walking to the centre were you have a variety of coffe bar and restaurants on the river. When we had to leave one day in advance they made no problem of paying one day less. Also on the street near wereto begin walks or go to the bachkovo monastery and others mountain place.

Few in the staff speaks english, the wifi is very weak in the rooms, we could use only staying before the window and the terrace with view on the mountain was not really what expected, but this last I wouldn't count keeping in account that you can just step out to the center and see it.

Traditional style, small hotel. We had a suite with a balcony so the room was large and comfortable. Good location for touring area.

Restaurant was disorganized and very slow.

The staff were very friendly. The food was lovely and the portions are large!

Excellent personell. You have to try the restaurant, you will be pleasently surprised.

Nice clean room, bathroom with jacuzzi. Good breakfast, extra charge. Quiet location.

We had no Bulgarian and staff had no English so communication very difficult. Hotel is a little bit out of the way and not easy to find. Expensive to get there by taxi from Plovdiv.
