This is the second time we are coming here and the experience was great! Nothing unexpected, good apartments, great view.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They helped us get a cab, arranged for the car rental place to drop the car off at the hotel, helped us find our way from another city. The room overlooked the black sea and it was about a 5-10 min walk down the hill to the sea.

I like the comfortability.

Actually, the location of the hotel is good, the comfort is good too. But the cleaniness of the room is very poor. You will have to ask a staff to come clean before they do their work. The bedsheet were not changed for the period of 8 days that we stayed. This is not hygienic for families, not for an individual. I can not recommend for families who wish to spend more than 2days.

I would mention at first very sympathetic staff, which replied all our needs and questions. I liked our wide appartments, huge terrace with sea view. A furniture was good and comfortable. Very close to the supermarket with everything you need. Nice clean pool, 10 min. to walk to the sea garden with shady paths, 40 min. to walk to the center of Varna.

The main dissapointment was a terrible road to the beach - a sudden slop road (serpantin) with plenty cars, cyclists on it. It was really dangerous and scary to walk along this road with two children and baby carriage. I think it should be mentioned somehow in hotel description. Finally we took a taxi to the beech everyday - an additional expenses. The floor didn't clean every day.

cazarea la ,Sea Park Homes Neshkov, raportul calitate-pret este foate buna,ca multe locatii in Bulgaria.Respectul bulgarilor pentru turisti este proverbial.

Nu imi vine nimic in minte deci ,nu m-a deranjat nimic.Puteti folosi hotelul pentru tranzit cu toata increderea.

Superbe appartement de 2 chambres (4 terrasses) + gd salon, vue sur la mer et la piscine. Plage à 5minutes à pied. Centre ville à 3km.

Bon accueil en français, piscine, grande terrasse, cuisine équipée

Accès à la mer difficile, loin du centre de Varna. Sofa du salon inconfortable (2 personnes ont préféré dormir par terre)

персонал на reception приветливый, всегда готовы помочь. апартамент понравился, все очень мило, кухня полностью оборудована, готовить удобно, все необходимое есть. вид из окна на приморский парк и море не оставил меня равнодушной. очень хороший и чистый бассейн, дети там с удовольствием плескались. ухоженная зеленая территория, кустики разной формы, я такие люблю. есть небольшая детская площадка, но , к сожалению, не в тени. впечатление от отеля в общем осталось благоприятное. еще хочу отметить близость отеля к супермаркету "пикадили", там можно найти все необходимое по приемлемым ценам.

не понравилась уборка в номере. горничная в принципе не убиралась, если не оставить чаевых. полотенца должны были менять через день, но почему- то это происходило только после нашей настоятельной просьбы. в последнюю неделю нашего пребывания полы в номере не мыли и пепельницу не вытряхивали. это раздражало, конечно. ближайший пляж - далеко не самый лучший, дорога к нему - это полкилометра крутого спуска/подъёма. к тому же это единственный подъезд ко всем городским пляжам варны, в выходные сильно загружен. тротуаров фактически нет.

L'appartement pas trés récent mais correct que nous avons eu un f3 pour le prix d'un f2 était grand , en fait la résidence bien que située près de la nationale était silencieuse parce que conçue en u sur l'arrière, une superbe piscine, à 10 minutes à pied des premières plages . Un centre de ravitaillement à 5 minutes trés trés bien. Pour aller en ville compter 1 h 30 à pied en traversant le parc de Varna (trés bien pour les adeptes du jogging). à recommander pour une famille.
