All further older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Up to two children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Safe parking, nice room, excelent All Inclusive services. The hotel is new and the staff is friendly and helpfull. The air-conditioning were not working on "heating" mode, even if it was the end of September. On Sunday, 7.30 AM, 2 people from the Bulgarian Police came to our room asking how many people are in the room or looking for 2 people (it's unclear because they were not speaking English). Probably it was a mistake and they finally left. However they were not rude or anything... |

I like hotel staff ( smiling, kindly), the entertainers ( beloved by my little girl) and the beautiful park; We had a very nice surprise when we received a bottle of wine for my husband birthday ; Bravo ,well done and good luck! |

The pools are excelent and speceally the indoor one . Clean rooms . The staff there was really friendly . The tennis courts were not included in the price . |

Un hotel linistit in care te poti relaxa impreuna cu familia cu o echipa de entertainment ok si dispusi sa te faca sa te simti ca acasa. Acceptarea plati si in Euro nu doar in leva care daca nu stii acest mic amanunt esti obligat sa cumperi de la receptia hotelului la un curs destul de dezavantajos. |

Cu cateva mici exceptii totul a fost ok. In camera nu era nimic in minibar de consumat iar dupa ora 23 nu se mai putea lua nimic de baut de la lobbybar nici macar contra cost pentru ca era inchis. Plaja nu facea parte din all inclusive, trebuia sa platesti sezlongul (5 leva/zi) si umbreluta (5 leva/zi). Parcarea se plateste (5E/zi). Lenjeriile nu sunt schimbate in fiecare zi, intr-o saptamana le-au schimbat o singura data. |

Foarte bine ca exista si piscina acoperita. Personalul de entertainment a fost OK, la fel ca si cel de la servirea mesei. Amplasarea chiar pe malul marii este un punct in plus. La fel departarea de oras si linistea locului. Este un hotel ideal pentru familii cu copii mici, care nu vor sa se departeze prea mult de plaja si piscina. Am fost acolo la sfarsit de sezon, ceea ce a presupus din partea hotelului o anume "relaxare" la varietatea felurilor servite la masa. Prea putin pui pentru copii, o restrangere destul de drastica a felurilor de mancare in ultima parte a sederii noastre, care a fost cam deranjanta, ca principiu. As recomanda o mai mare atentie fata de aceste perioade, de incaput si de sfarsit de sezon. Si o incalzire a apei din piscine, atat cele exterioare, cat si cele interioare, mai ales in perioadele in care afara nu erau mai mult de 20-2 de grade. |

V hotelu se nám velmi líbílo. Počasí nám moc nepřálo a byli jsme mile překvapeni, kolik aktivit je zde pro děti, když prší. Odpolení nabídka jídla pro děti v rámci all inclusive. Chybělo zde v nabídce ovoce a zelenina. Bylo zde hodně sladkostí, sušenek - jídlo bez vitaminů |

Servicii all inclusiv bune. Camera spatioasa, terasa, baie curata. Facilitati hotel bune. Echipele de animatie active. Piscina si spa de calitate. Ambient placut. Plaja lasa de dorit. Nu sunt preocupari pentru colectarea gunoaielor. Mucuri pe plaja. Fara scrumiere. Alge. Nu am avut loc de parcare in perimetrul pazit. Preturile ar trebui sa fie comunicate clientilor in Leva nu in Euro caci la receptie nu poti plati in euro iar dansii calculeaza pretul la 1.96 leva/euro, dar la schimb ofera doar 1.82. Te simti inselat in acest fel!!! Si e pacat! Am vazut turisti belgieni tineri care aveau in Euro doar suma convenita dar daca schimbau in leva nu le ajungeau banii sa plateasca!!! |

Un complex bine construit, cu raport pret calitate optim. Piscina interioara inchisa. Parcarea foarte restrictiva, pt a-mi transfera bagajele mi-a trebuit acordul de a intra cu masina in interiorul parcari. Camerele cu vedere la mare pt care am platit suplimentar aveau vedere partiala, numai o parte din ele avind vedere totala. Lipsa unui restaurant a la carte in interiorul complexului. All inclusive avea un program limitat si nu asta era problema ci faptul ca nu a fost corect explicitat. Si alte citeva lucruri marunte. |

mi-a placut totul chiar nu am nimicde reprosat,am fost impresionati ca totul era pregatit ni s-a inmanat un plic si am fost cazati imediat,o camera mare si frumoasa . poate ca parcarea autoturismului nu ar trebui platita cred ca putea intra in pretul camerei,la un hotel atat de mare unde in rest si mai ales la mancare este atata abundenta si varietate. |

Linistea, camera mare, plaja mica si linistita, Prea putine feluri de mancare cu pui. Carnea de pui este in topul mancarurilor pentru copii mici. Au fost mese la care nu a fost pui. Pe langa asta cred ca ar trebui specificat in descrierea hotelului ca dotarile de pe plaja se platesc separat. |

camere spatioase, personal amabil mai multa atentie la spalarea veselei, a fructelor si legumelor, meniu imbunatatit calitativ, mai bogat si mai accesibil copiilor cu varsta mica, rezolvarea problemelor legate de parcarea rezervata clientilor intr-o maniera civilizata. |
