The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. The hotel restaurant too was excellent. I requested a non-smoking room but did not have one. It would have been better to have had a twin room instead of one bed and a sofa bed but that was allthat was available when I booked. |

the kindness and helpful of staff . They gave us free good guide of Sofia and help for our visit to Rila Monastery .Nice garden -restaurant. Near Bulevar Vithosa (15 minutes walking to the center town and with several public transports ). The secure boxes are in the reception and are a few. |

good breakfast and central location. noise of the air conditioner seemed to be gurgling all the time, also a cigarette burn on the bed cover yet room supossedly no smoking. |

Great location, very close to the city centre and the main Sofia sites. Wonderful helpful staff, nice rooms, nothing bad to say about it. No problem with a wake-up call in the middle of the night and ordering a taxi to the airport at that extremely early hour. |

It was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Located very near to the shops and many sights it's ideal. We'd definitely stay again. There was nothing for us to complain about - very enjoyable stay! |

the hotel Is 5 minutes walk from very centre main street and near Central park. Excelent quality Family hotel, excelent food, Friendly staff and free internet.the owner Picked us up at airpost for 20 euro and would highly reccomend That you book early as It is Excelent Value for Money The Lift is too slow as it takes Too long for the lift door to open and close |

Easy to reach from the airport by taxi, but check the price with the driver before making the journey. Should be around 10 & no more than 15 leva. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable. Situated well for visiting tourist sites. Breakfast & evening meal excellent. Good value for money. |
