friendly welcome,and excellent restaurant and setting.excellent breakfasts. one room had drainage problems with shower,and was small.Bathrooms /plumbing rather smelly. |

Excellent value for money. A decent room, nice modern bathroom, front-of-house staff who spoke good English, and a generous breakfast (continental turned out to include omelette, sausages, salad, etc). There were repairs going on when we stayed, and a few noisy bangs and thumps in the middle of the day. |

THe size of the room is a bedroom / lounge / kitchen, free internet in the lobby via a laptop , near to shops , very clean, good value for money with breakfast included |

Hotel was what I expected for the price, we had the top floor room with plenty of room to spread ourselves around. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Our room had a small shower room. A shelf hung just above the basin made it very difficult to wash and clean teeth, but we managed so did not make a complaint. |

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite big and clean, with free wireless internet. The breakfast was international and good as well, with müsli, yogurts, fruits, hot plates, etc. The hotel staff spoke English and check in was very quick. The hotel is ideally situated for shopping and sightseeing. Excellent value for money. The service in the restaurant was not quite as convincing. The waitress we had, did not speak English. The meat was served hard and cold (veal fillet). A dish called sache was good. Tip: There is a little Italien place called "Pastorant", just two streets away. relatively cheap for really central location. bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, sights are all just a couple of meters away; A/C worked perfectly keeping room t° nicely down while outside it was above 33°C :) poor bathroom ventilation (more of a general problem with BG hotels) |

When booking there were no rooms with queensize beds available. However we left a remark in the booking and later on the hotel personell gave us a call to let us they had one available due to other visitors booking cancellation |

Very good location; Nice staff and nice breakfast provided. On one of the two TV, the image was blurred (bad cable/satellite reception). One of the wardrobe's door could not open fully because of the bed nearby (basically the room was too small for the double bed and a fully open wardrobe). In the bathroom, the tablet above the sink was not horizontal, so everything you put on it was sliding, and finally, the first morning there were maybe 30 or 40 small ants on the floor near the bathtub. All details that are annoying when you pay 80 euros the room. |

Our stay in hotel Niky was great, the staff was kind and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is placed near the main Sofia shopping street and not far away from the centre. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. i would definitely recommend the restaurant. The food was lovely and well priced. The suite was ok but the convertible settee you could not sleep on because it was like a brick. The kitchen was well set out but with no utensils to use was not much use except for the kettle and fridge. |

The reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was good enough for the price. No hot water to shower, room smelled of smoke and bedding although clean was worn and marked! |
