Nord Hotel  

Хотелът е много приятен, чист, достъпен, лесно откриваем, удобен, с всички задължителни удобства и без ненужни екстри, за каквито рядко остава време, близо до търговския и административен център на Пловдив, любезен персонал, предлага най-необходимото, но с високо качество, просторни стаи с големи санитарни възли. Напълно покрива изискванията за краткотраен престой и командировки. При нов повод бих го посетила отново.

Съвкупоност от цена, обслужване и разположение.

Nord Hotel e разположен на много удобно място срещу Панаирното градче, близо до центъра на града и до множество магазини и заведения. Хотелът нов, уютен и има всички удобства, които за нужни за семейно или бизнес пътуване. Стаите са с безупречна чистота. Персоналът е изключително любезен и компетентен. Престоят ми беше истинско удоволствие!

The manager Petko and his staff were excellent and very attentive, Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was also immaculately clean. They even arranged a hair appointment for me and accompanied me to the saloon so that they knew I had got the right place. Breakfast was adequate and lovely I like the fact that you picked your breakfast from a few choices which meant everything was freshly prepared.

The only thing I can really think of is I would have preferred tiles or wooden flooring in the room but that's my personal choice, The carpets after 6 years are getting a bit old and tired looking which in fact made them look grubby.

I chose the Nord Hotel from many others because of its excellent customer feedback. I was not disappointed. It is a really nice small hotel located just over the river, and about 10 minutes' walk to the old town. Reception staff were very helpful. Wi-Fi worked well. You are given a choice of six breakfast options, supplemented by toast, tea/coffee, and fruit juice. This was adequate. This was a good shower in our room with no step or tray, just a gently sloping floor. Very good value for money and better than some four star hotels. We used a couple of really good eating venues in the city. Afredo's for ice cream and Gusto for a large selection of meals. Both were on or close to Alexander St.

All was good and clean , they were changing towels every day, the only problem was the wifi somebody was swiching off the router because it was in a room of other guest

The hotel staff at Nord Hotel provided the best service we have ever received!! The hotel manager, Gergana (Gery), and her staff (Melena and the others) were extremely attentive and worked to meet our every need at the hotel. They also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. Every time we needed a taxi, they would call for us. We were charged a lower price when they called and they would even go outside when the taxi arrived and explain to the driver where we wanted to go! They did an amazing job looking after the entire group of us!! We had a fabulous time in Plovdiv and would definitely recommend this hotel and this city as a fun and inexpensive place to visit. The Bulgarian people are wonderful, friendly, and talented. We recommend taking the shuttle from the airport, it is only 3 lev (1.5 Euro) and they will drop you off at a bus stop in the city of Plovdiv. From there, take a taxi to the hotel. To return to the airport, have the hotel call to reserve a taxi - it is only 6 Euro (or 12 lev) per taxi if they call. The airport is approximately 12 kilometers from Plovdiv.

The room was clean and pleasant. The size is definitely bigger than I thought. I do recommend it.

They do not have a parking lot but you can park your car on the street in front of the hotel.

The wonderful friendly attitude on arrival at reception. Everybody was so anxious to give us advice on where to visit, dine etc. The location is perfect and just about 5 mins walk to the old town. There are very good restaurants very near the hotel. They organized a taxi to the Airport and also negotiated an excellent price. We will def return to Plovdiv which is a beautiful historic city and we will be staying in Hotel Nord again.
