There was a problem with parking. Its said, that you can park in front of the hotel but you can do that only on weekends or in the evening from 6 p.m. or you have to pay for it.

Surprise for upgrade bigger room when check in with same price, excellent staff and helpful, hotel location near to the city center

Everything was OK

Nord hotel is the best place I have stayed in Plovdiv, and I have stayed in many. The price/quality ratio is great, rooms are spacious and clean. There is good heating, and moreover, the most important, the team is very helpful. I can really recommend this hotel.

Connessione Wifi super lenta, mentre via cavo era perfetta Wifi Connection was very slow , while by cable was very fast.

this is the 2nd time that my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. It is small , practical and offers excellent value for money. Breakfast is a bit sparse and the coffee was cold but overall I think this small hotel offers excellent comfort for the price paid. Finally - a very special mention to the reception staff. All 3 that we met were exceptionally customer friendly, spoke excellent English and were very helpful.

Great hotel for low price! Only 10min walk to Old Town and main street of Plovdiv. Could park car right out front of hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they are always smiling and happy to answer to you any question in good english, the room is very clean and quiet , internet is good as for business purpose.

The receptionist spoke very good english and could give us tips about the places to visit and where we can eat. The room was very clean and confortable.

We realy enjoyed our stay at the Nord,the room was very clean and comfortable and excellent value for money,the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpfull and even arranged a very good early breakfast the morning we left.would recommend it to anyone

Very clean hotel, good breakfast and very nice service. It is located in the north of the city centre, just few hundred meters away from the old town and shopping street. From the main train station you can take bus Nr. 7, which will conveniently drive you directly in front of the hotel.

The pillows - very hard and big.

The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was good with enough to eat. Everything was well organised. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff, although not located right in the center of plovdiv only 100 m away from the shopping zone (and some restaurents) which leads directly to the center and the old town of plovdiv. The air conditioning was working well and the towells have been changed every day. There were soap and other hygenic articles in the bath room. Although we were given a room in the top (6th) floor, it was not too hot (air cond. Worked). The size of the room was bigger than expected, the furniture was modern. The price-service ratio was really good

In the bath room the space for showering was not separated from the rest of the bath room so the complete floor was wet and one could fall down easily. The breakfast was a little bit poor but for that price it was appropriate. In sofia we paid 40% more for a hotel in the center which was not modern and not as clean as "nord hotel" and the breakfast there was very very poor (the price in sofia we found not appropriate - ok, you could say: hay, its the center of the capital. But trust me, sofia has not much to offer)

Hotel was good value for money and located not too far from the Plodiv town centre including Old Town. Rates were very reasonable for the size and condition of the room. Staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

You have to order breakfast the night before and the choices weren't that great - prefer a buffet in the morning. But for the price it was still very good.

The room was large, clean and had all comfort we expected. Maybe we were the (extra) “lucky ones” as we had the only room with small terrace. Staff was very kind and helpful. Sure a nice hotel, close to old town for a reasonable price.

Disappointing is sure the breakfast table. As already remarked by other guest, the breakfast is “crying”, a 3* hotel unworthy, even a Youth Hostel does 100 times better.

The breakfast seemed not very rich, but that's a very very minor point.

Good standard hotel, friendly service. Silent, excellent airco. Refrigator. Decent breakfast. My tablet was broken, the staf allowed me on their computer without hesistation. The centre is about 15 minutes walk. Clean room, spacious, bathroom spacious, good shower. Beds a bit hard. Wifi in the rooms.

The street looks a bit lousy at night, but we had no reasons to feel unsafe

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and air conditioning was very nice after a hot day walking around the old town.

Super hotel - great staff - very friendly, english speaking. Very large clean room. Varied choice for breakfast. Five minutes walk to the old town centre. Highly recommended as a place to stay when visiting the beautiful town of Plovdiv!
