Personnel parle uniquement le bulgare. Difficulte de comprehension. Le stationnement d'un vehicule difficile.

Hôtel propre et confortable Personnel très agréable, d'une grande aide et de bon conseil a 15mn a pied de la vieille ville 20mn en taxi de l'aéroport (5 à 6€ le trajet!)

Une équipe à l'écoute, disponible et souriante. Un manager très efficace et d'une très grande gentillesse. Très agréablement surpris, sur notre chemin de retour, nous nous y sommes à nouveau arrêtés.

Good hotel to visit Plovdiv, not far from the city center (400m) and the trade show center. The personnel speaks english well and is very helpfull. Perfect top visit Plovdiv 1 or 2 days.

The street is a little dark at night and the hostel has no parking but you can park just in front and they apparently have someone watching h24. Nothing happened to us anyway. Can be a little noisy due to the roads around depending of your room.

The location was great inbetween the old town and sites and the main street.I Think the hotel rooms could do with some updated decor but overall was very good value for money.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. They were really flexible and accommodating when we needed to change our booking at the last minute, no problems. Large room and large bathroom in the 'attic'. Breakfast was included and had 6 options to choose from with a good variety.

Nothing bad to say about the staff or the quality of the hotel (apart from the soft, lumpy pillows) but the location was probably a little bit further out of the city centre than was ideal - nothing shocking probably a 15 min walk.

Excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and plain but simple comfortable rooms. Great location just 10 mims walk from all of Plovdiv. Will be staying again great value for money, миого благодаря хотел норд

This is an excellent hotel, even better than a 4 star hotel in Sofia. The staff are great and very helpful. Its a modern , very clean hotel and location is perfect. We will definitely book this hotel again . A+++++

I chose the Nord Hotel from many others because of its excellent customer feedback. I was not disappointed. It is a really nice small hotel located just over the river, and about 10 minutes' walk to the old town. Reception staff were very helpful. Wi-Fi worked well. You are given a choice of six breakfast options, supplemented by toast, tea/coffee, and fruit juice. This was adequate. This was a good shower in our room with no step or tray, just a gently sloping floor. Very good value for money and better than some four star hotels. We used a couple of really good eating venues in the city. Afredo's for ice cream and Gusto for a large selection of meals. Both were on or close to Alexander St.

just perfect i recommend Nord hotel without any doubt!

The room was clean and pleasant. The size is definitely bigger than I thought. I do recommend it.

They do not have a parking lot but you can park your car on the street in front of the hotel.
