Solid location, solid comfort, Not for 4 stars. Decoration is ugly, like in 70s. Sometimes very depresive atmosphere. We stayed in hotel during New Year Holidays and there was no hiting, only air conditioning used for heating. That was unbieliveble. Stafs said that is normal to have no heating during winter and that air conditions is enough. Breakfast was poor. Despite hotel is in Bulgaria, price is too much for this kind of hotel. Noviz iz no 4 stars, maybe no 3 stars hotel also.

Most of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location is real good, near a nice park and close to city center. This hotel is rated 4 stars, but it hardly deserves 2. It was supposed to have a spa center, but they only have a room with dry/wet sauna and a 2 square meter container with cold water which I suppose was the swimming pool... Also, the rooms are heated with uncleaned filters air conditioning, so we got a lot of dry air and noise and not to much heat. Also, everything looks kind of old and unkempt.

The price and location were very good. Staff was always helpful. The breakfast room was plenty large since each morning we were the only ones in it. There was a bus from the airport to the bus station about 10 minutes south of the old town for only 1 euro or 2 lev. Walking directly from their to hotel would probably take 15 minutes. Prepare for rough sidewalks. Four stars is definitely a stretch! The style was definitely 70's which we kind of enjoy but do not look for modern luxury.

The suites balcony was enormous and had a good view. Normal rooms are not worth 4 stars. They are small and their barthroom is small too.

Very good location, close to the old town. 5 mins walk to the shopping street and 10 mins to the ampi threatre etc.... friendly staff, would recommend it to anyone.... Check out resturant hemingway, its just of the main shopping street just past mcdonalds on the other side, just b4 a large neon 'pioneer' sign, best food in plovdiv.. I cant say a bad word about hotel noviz, I will use it again,, no probs

Very friendly helpful staff, excellent room facilities, very good breakfast included in price. Very handy to the pedestrian walk - the main shopping area and the Old Town area

Приятен хотел, намиращ се близо до центъра на града. Стаите са широки и приятни. Персоналът е добър и отзивчив. Трябва да се чака повече от 3 минути докато топлата вода достигне до третият етаж на хотела.

Goede uitvalbasis voor stad te ontdekken, goedkoop voor massage en spa faciliteiten. Behulpzaam personeel. De temperatuur van de douche is niet te regelen, de temperatuur gaat van ijskoud naar kokend water in een paar seconden. De kamers zijn sterk verouderd. Het ontbijt kies je via een keuzemenu, fruitsap is extra te betalen en de croissant is niet te eten. Wifi van het hotel werkt niet.

Il prezzo Le camere sono piccole e con pareti molto sottili. Se non fosse per la piccola spa non si direbbe assolutamente che si tratti di un 4 stelle. La colazione non è a buffet.
