Novotel Plovdiv    

Very good location and nice breakfast

Not friendly staff in reception; I was made to prepay in advance for the accommodation. High price for rooms which have old and dirty carpets.. won't come back

Friendly & Value for money.

Poor facilities at Breakfast. Limited space available - a party of Japanese arrived & the Breakfast area could not cope. Very poor Coffee & the Toast making was totally inadequate.

Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful.

Standard regular business traveller hotel. Reception staff good. Generally hotels in Plovdiv are of a medium standard at best.

Characterless, Large 'cold' concourse. No friendly guests bar, only coffee shop style lounge or dodgy looking nightclub. Breakfast selection of a very poor standard for the price of the hotel.

The secured parking. The rooom was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean. I had a nice view of Plovdiv.

The noise in my room. It wasn't the airco but the air-reffresher or something but I had to use my ear plugs to be able to sleep.

Safety and internal infrastructure it would be nice to have the possibility to unify all services so that one can pay all with the credit card. I have had a situation when I needed leva and I actually did pay in Euro but it is still good.

Too salty food, but this is something bulgarian I think nyway one should think of international travellers

Good hotel in excellent location. Nice pool and gym. Very helpful staff on reception. Great air conditioning. Was perfect for our needs.

Friendly, informative staff. Very quiet at night time. Good selection at breakfast. Underground carpark. Would thoroughly recommend.

Unusual having two single beds, spaced very widely apart, for a double room. Would recommend a clothes hook in the bathroom and additional British channels on the TV.

Good location, probably the best hotel in the area.

Restuarants could have been better, the 4 seasons was great but after that there was nothing.

Die Lage - Nahe an der Messe.

Obwohl es ein Nichtraucher Hotel ist, wurde aufs Zimmer geraucht. Bin zwei Mal umgezogen bis man für mich ein sauberes und geruchfreies Zimmer gefunden hat. Konnte das Swimmingpool nicht benutzen - man hat versucht mir Badelatschen und Tuch für 30 Euro anzudrehen und mich nicht reingelassen. Keine Bademäntel zum ausleihen vorhanden. Für Parkplatz habe ich auch extra bezahlt. Die anderen Gäste waren ziemlich laut. Ich gebe diesem Hotel keine 5 Sterne!!!

ho avuto il problema della fattura con intestazione alla ditta di cui sono dipendente sono ad oggi in attesa dell'invio della fattura via E-mail

il rapporto qualita/prezzo e` ottimo. tutto ben curato, con ottimi servizi e il personale e` cordiale e preparato.

nella stanza dove ho soggiornato ho trovato un "vecchio" televisore che trasmetteva solo canali bulgari e serbi. Niente canali internazionale. Una grande mancanza per un hotel di questo tipo.

Novotel был выбран по опыту бангкокок Novotel просто земля и небо никакого сравнения как будто разная сеть ( или это кризис в европе?) в описании не было ни слова о том, что любая услуга платная и бассейн и фитнес а здесь понятно , что администрация решает свои проблемы за счет других- основные посетители это горожане.но в отеле еще искрят хотя позиционируетя как некурящий. словом еле 3 звезды.хотя персонал очень нормальный,

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut- einfach zu finden, nah zum Zentum und diverse Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Büfett zum Frühstück ist zwar reich, aber immer das gleiche. Wenn man eine Nacht dort bleibt, ist es ok.

Die goldenen Zeiten dieses Hotels sind längst vergangen. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet, z.Teil notrenoviert, entspricht nicht den gewohnten Standard eines Novotel Hotel. Die Badezimmerausstattung ist miserabel, sehr abgenützt und nur oberflächlich sauber gehalten. Dafür Preise ab 90 Eur für ein Einzelzimmer zu verlangen, ist nicht seriös. Leider kann man in Plovdiv nicht etwas besseres finden, aber insgesamt gesehen ist das Hotel enttäuschend.

τα δωματια δεν ειναι ανακαινισμενα,τα σπα φτωχα με επιπλεον χρεωση 6 ευρω η βραδια,παρκινγκ με χρεωση 5 ευρω η βραδια!!

Arredamento vecchio delle camere, odore di vecchio nelle camere. Avevo prenotato con booking camera singola con letto matrimoniale ma mi hanno dato due letti singoli , inutili le proteste.
