good location - easy to be found (you will not more than 10 minutes to get there from motorway) and close to the centre of the town

big and rather anonimous, not the newest interior, poor breakfast

The staff do not respect guests who has booked via Booking.com. Poor breakfast.

Very nice personal

There is a lot of spiders around the windows on the exterior.Inside of a room there is only a couple of them but...don't forget the windows opened when you get out of the room if you don't want to be the new spider man :))

This hotel is just perfect for all type of travelers. It may be more expensive than others but, it is worth all the extra cent you pay. The rooms are very clean, food is very good, the staff very warm and speak good english and the parking is just super. We travelled with two kids 1year & 3year, the hotel offers a fantastic playground and it is 5 minutes on foot from a beautiful park. We stayed overnight during a road trip and would definitely use it again. So far one of the best hotels in the Balkans

The breakfeast buffet is terrible.....

The location is very good. It's close to the old town (15 min. walk) and the main shopping district. If you are into gambling, it's right in the middle of the city gambling field...

First morning (around 08.00), no hot water. Quite frustrating. Second morning no problem. The bathtub was leaking on the floor though.

Das Hotel Plovdiv liegt im Zentrum der Stadt und mit wenigen Schritten ist man bei allen Haupt-Attraktionen ( Kirchen, Museum, Einkaufsstrasse ). In 10 Minuten ist man bei der Messe. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants im direkten Umfeld des Hotels. Das Hotel hat sehr grosse und begueme Zimmer mit vielen deutschen TV-Stationen. Das Fruehstueck ist voll ausreichend und wie alle Accor-Hotels mit einer grossen Auswahl. Mein Zimmer war sehr schoen, sauber und recht bequem. Es gibt ein Kaffee-Vienna mit tollen Kuchen und verschiedenen Kaffee's. Die Preise sind fuer ein Novotel sehr niedrig, wie alle Preise in Plovdiv. Beim Souvenir-Einkauf muss man die Preise kennen, weil nicht alles ist guenstig. Das Novotel Plovdiv ist ein sehr schoenes Hotel mit super Zimmern und Ausstattung. Ideal auch um die Altstadt zu erobern.

Hatte nicht genug Zeit um alles auszuprobieren. Ich wuerde gerne mal fuer eine Woche Urlaub in Plovdiv machen.

Müşteriye davranışı bu kadar kötü olan başka bir hotel görmedim. Nadiren bir kaç kibar çalışanın dışındaki tüm kademe çalışanları son derece sert, somurtkan ve hatta davranışları bazen kabalık boyutundaydı. Hayatımda müşterilere bu kadar sert davranan garsonları da görmedim, daha da göreceğimi sanmıyorum. Soru sormaya korkuyor insan. İyi bir müşterilerle iletişim eğitimden geçirilmeleri gerekmektedir.

ανακαινισμένοι μόνον οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. η επίπλωση και η διακόσμηση του δωματίου θύμιζαν σοβιετικού τύπου. η τουάλετα είχε πλαστικά δάπεδα και οι μπαταρίες ήταν 20 ετίας.η μοκέτα είχε λεκέδες . τα κλινοσκεπάσματα καθώς και τα στρώματα ήταν φθαρμένα. δεν βγάλαμε ούτε τα ρούχα μας από τις βαλίτσες.
