Excellent hotel, even better then the Novotel standard. Nice and large rooms, new furnitures, very calm. Breakfast buffett something poor, could be better compared to the hotel standard. |

Room was clean and large. Staff were mostly helpful. 5 min walk from Oldtown. Breakfast was reasonable. Indoor pool is NOT included in hotel room cost. Access was about 7 Euro, each time (even in same day!) and swimming cap is mandatory. Woman at pool counter wouldn't even let us in to look at the facilities without paying. Listing does not indicate pool is extra, and very expensive, cost. Barely recommend this hotel as a result. |

It's a very nice hotel, nearby the inner city. The staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. |

This hotel is in a superb location and it has many services available. For those traveling with children it is a good hotel to stay in. Very old hotel with need for a facelift! The rooms are not 5 star level at all. Wellness facilities (ie, pool) and parking are not included in the price. Mixed experience with staff from extremely helpful to downright rude! |

Very near to the city center. Breakfast was an unpleasant surprise. The variety of food was so poor that has nothing to do with a 4star hotel. Too many noises at night coming from a club. |

L'hotel est bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville. Il y a une grande piscine, un sauna mais compter 6€ par personne. L'hotel est un peu ancien donc par exemple la salle de bain n'est pas très pratique. En revanche il est propre et assez calme. |

Χρειάστηκε να απευθυνθούμε στο γραφείο υποδοχής για βελτίωση των κρεββατιών.Τα κρεββάτια ήταν πολύ μαλακά με αποτέλεσμα να βυθίζεται το σώμα μέσα σ' αυτά και τελικά να κάνεις κακό ύπνο. Τα κρεββάτια του. Κατά τα άλλα είναι πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο. |
